Loved this salon! The whole staff makes you feel at home. Megan my stylist was awesome! She listened to exactly what I wanted and my cut came out beautiful! I would highly recommend this salon! I will be back!

Estella is amazing. She did a wonderful work on my hair. I have very thin hair and was able to get a lot more volume than I had before.

Megan was amazing! All of the staff we wonderful ad welcoming. I loved my cut and deep conditioning! My hair feels and looks amazing.
Update: She also styled my hair after cutting it and I have received so many compliments on how beautiful my hair looks today. One friend said I have princess hair and another said it looked so beautiful that it looked fake. I am so in love with the cut and how healthy it feels!

Meghan was AWESOME! She really took the time to do a good consult to figure out exactly what I want. I have wavy hair, and she asked if I wanted to play that up or tone it down. She asked about my comfort level with styling, and I feel like she did a fantastic job executing what we discussed.

The environment was fun yet relaxed. Everyone was positive and professional. It was clear that everyone was happy to be there. The tea was such a nice touch, and the gentleman who made it for me was really sweet about checking in to make sure the temp was just right.
In short, I can’t wait to go here again. I felt very valued and taken care of.

I had been going to one of the better salons in Claremont for over 10 years, when I happened upon a Groupon for this establishment. A fairly new hair stylist (to the hair salon not to doing hair) was on board, Meghan, who had recently relocated to Claremont from Florida. I thought ‘uh oh’, She was very good at asking me what I wanted, asking me several questions after I responded. I have fairly short, thin, greying hair and whatever she did made it look the best it had ever looked. I thought it might be a fluke so I went back again and she remembered me but doublechecked on a couple of things and it turned out great! The entire staff is friendly. You never feel rushed or ‘just another customer’, they take great care in listening to what you want done! I am so happy with the cut, the service, the care… in a nutshell… everything!

I visited Ayana for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and was instantly impressed. The lady in the front was very welcoming and warm. The location is absolutely charming, clean, and has convenient parking. However, the real reason I am actually taking the time to type a review is because I have found the BEST eyebrow threader in town. My eyebrows are thick and curly so they’re a bit difficult to shape, but Jocelyn made them look amazing. I received compliments from friends including a random lady in the supermarket. I feel lucky to have found my new eyebrow guru. Eyebrows are the frame of your face therefore you should try to find the BEST.

I have been coming to Ayana Beauty for facials and chemical peels with Megan since November 2015. My overall experience has been great.
Megan is very friendly and knowledgeable. The products that she uses smell great and she is very detailed. I have a lot of scarring, especially dark spots from acne. Ever since my first chemical peel I saw a difference in darkness. Now I’m on my second round of 6 chemical peels and have seen a huge difference in my face. Some dark spots are almost gone and my face has a nice glow.
The salon itself is cozy and nice. The staff always offers refreshments and snacks upon arrival. Susana, the owner, and Megan always make me feel welcomed. For my birthday everyone was catering and Megan styled my hair after my facial. It turned out pretty. It was fun, relaxing way to start my birthday weekend.
I would recommend this salon, especially Megan. I would suggest calling in to see if they would honor the Groupon price before actually buying the Groupon.

I purchased the 3 chemical peel package from Groupon. Megan did all 3 peels within 2 months.(glycolic, glycolic with charcoal and glycolic lactic and? combination)
After just the first peel I noticed my skin became smoother. After The second peel I noticed My Skin became smoother And brighter. After the third, I noticed the wrinkles on the outside of my eyes have become UN noticeable and my face became so much smoother and brighter. After each treatment Your face can turn pink for about 1 – 2 hours then it would go away. Your skin will also peel a little bit.
I would definitely recommend Megan and this place (very clean).

Estelle is amazing here and always does a great job on my hair! They are all very welcoming and offer complimentary champagne or coffee to greet you… great service and the owners are always so kind and friendly with the clients and stylists! Highly recommended!

I purchased a Groupon for facials at this location. My esthetician Meghan was favorable from the time I made my first appointment. I called in to inform her I would be late at no fault of my own but «TRAFFIC», LOL– She assured me that it was fine and that I had a ton of time to get to her. I made it 15 minutes late and although I expected to be rushed and treated «Late» she was very patient and nice.
I received my facial without any issues and felt really good after. She gave me tea and cookies to relax with after. So I made sure to give her a good tip for going above and beyond from appointment on in. We talked after my facial for about 30 minutes getting to know each other.
She also put me on to a place in the city called the «Village” — this is where you can visit all the shops and they have tons of activities for children. There are two sides to this «Village» the old side and the new side. So I will visit this place when I am done with my facials.
^^^If you are to visit this «Village» be careful and drive safely because there are motorcycle cops on every corner.
I am giving a 5 star for now but I have 2 more appointments with her so if my experience is different, then my star number will change. But so far so good.

The first thing you will notice when you walk through the door is a barrage of smiling faces, the second almost as instantaneous as the first is a warm welcome from the staff and one simple question «Can I get you something to drink?». I have been here a couple times before for haircuts and they alway listen to me and do a fantastic job! Upon my last visit I made an appointment with Soheila for a facial. As a guy who has never a facial before I was apprehensive but that feeling quickly dissipated. She made me feel like I did this many times before and extermely professional. I would highly recommend Ayana beauty and Soheila.

I went in and saw Soheila she is great at waxing and at facials. She’s super professional the pace is clean and she makes you feel so comfortable. The waxing is painless I strongly recommend her for any skin care.

I went in for a chemical peel and the service was exceptional. The service wasn’t painful and the esthetician, Soheila, was kind and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for services from Soheila; I strongly recommend her!

Soheila does a good facial and is excellent with eyebrows. Very friendly and gentle when waxing. Her facials feel amazing, like she has the finger tips of jesus or someone godly. She got that Midus touch.

SOHEILA is an AMAZING esthetician! Her skin care knowledge is superb and the skin care treatments she has been performing on me is hands down the best! I owe her a million thanks for my beautiful skin! If you want to be treated like the best by the best be sure to have your skin taken care of by Soheila!!!

I have been going to Soheila for my skincare needs for quite some time now. She gives the best, most thorough facials you can ask for. She takes her time and listens to what your needs and concerns are. When I leave the salon my skin looks so much younger and healthier. She has a gentle touch too and doesn’t go overboard with aggressive extractions.
I have also had eyelash extensions done too. I definitely need to go back once I get paid. ;) In all seriousness, ask for Soheila. You’ll fall in love with her.

I got the chemical peel here twice. Like other reviewers said, it is gentle, but effective. My face was red for only about 4 hours and she used one of the stronger peels on my face. It does make your face dry for about a week, but if you moisturize a little more than usual you’re good to go. Only after two peels I noticed a significant difference in my skin. It is so much smoother, I haven’t had a breakout, and my scarring has faded. I will definitely be back to get another one done.
Also, their customer service is amazing! They put so much effort into making you feel comfortable. They are super friendly, and will answer all of your questions about the peel. I highly recommend this place!

There aren’t enough words to describe how awesome this salon is. I went in for the groupon haircut that included a free deep conditioning treatment. I can say this is the best haircut I have ever received. The stylist Megan understood my hair type and layered my hair in a way that gives me volume and bounce.
Not only was it a good haircut, everyone in the salon made me feel at home. The owner himself made me a delicious drink flavored with fruit juices. Delicious. Did I mention he’s a master martial arts instructor? We totally bonded over that as I have a second degree black belt in karate-​do.
I also was so impressed by the salons products I bought shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, heat protectant, volumizer spray and dry shampoo. Seven is a great brand. I’m amazed at how light my hair feels. Usually products weight down my fine hair but not these. Worth the cost by far.
I plan to go back for a facial and hair color in the future. I’m so glad I found this place. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You can’t be disappointed.

Excellent vibe from the owners and my stylist. They booked a special time for my friend and I to come in at the same time at 8am! Before they even open! We told they we are on a tight schedule due to school and they were happy to work with us to make sure we get our pampering in. We got the cut and color groupon and it was definitely worth it. They offered fruits, fancy beverages/​coffee, and also small butter cookies. You can tell its a small cozy place and they are the type of salon that will become your new salon home in the area.
I recommend checking them out. I plan on going back to further enhance my colors and I look forward to that hair appt!
