Our technicians will arrive at your home on time, in uniform and greet you with a smile. Having service people in your home shouldn’t be stressful and our goal is to make your experience an enjoyable one.

Our technicians will measure and review the areas (whole rooms, traffic areas or a combination) you would like cleaned, noting heavily soiled traffic patterns, spots or odors you may have particular concerns with.

We then begin by pre-​treating heavily soiled areas and spots to loosen tough ground in soil. To provide the most thorough cleaning possible we use a fabric rinse during the extraction process to neutralize the pre-​spray, remove the soil and any residue from previous cleanings. Your carpet is left feeling soft, smelling fresh and deep down clean! Many carpets dry in as little as 2 hours!

Pat Bitterman does and it shows. Everyday he’s grateful to do a job he loves and he truly enjoys the interactions he has with his customers. His enthusiasm for the trade and professional training makes him the première cleaner in Clare and Isabella Counties.

Pat retired from a local school system after 30 years of maintenance and custodial work. While working, on the side, Pat cleaned carpets.

Pat is very well known for his meticulous nature and hard work ethic.

After Pat retired from the schools, the private demand got so great for Pat to clean carpets and hard floors, that Pat decided to invest in the best equipment and do what he knows (and does best), floor care!

Pat along with his assistant will be personally cleaning your home or business.
