As a boy, Marlin dissected everything he could get his hands on just to see how something worked. At nineteen-​years-​old, Marlin started his career as a mechanic when he moved to Pennsylvania. After rebuilding trucks for eight years, including managing the shop the last three years, Marlin moved his family to Clare, MIchigan in 2007.
