I was working with Bill Clark a loan officer at Alpine Mortgage that never returned my calls. What a horrible experience. I called Tu Phan since Tu is the branch manager to get help and to see why Bill Clark was very slow to return calls if he did at all. Tu Phan was very rude and unprofessional. I went with another mortgage company that got me pre approved with the same paper work that Bill Clark and Alpine mortgage had. Stay away from Alpine mortgage and stay away from the very rude Tu Phan.

We were referred by family to use Tu for the buying of our second home. All I can say is WOW! From the moment we met him we knew we were in great hands. He was so patient with us from start to finish. Tu’s knowledge of home loans is truly amazing. We told him what we wanted and he came back with several options. We ended up with a slightly cheaper mortgage than thought AND was able to lower our down payment so we could buy new appliances and go on a trip! If you’re looking for a smooth and easy process for any mortgage need, Tu at Alpine Mortgage is truly the best.
