I had an issue today where I had to remind the barista about my coffee and then later realized that I received the wrong coffee size and had a missing bakery item. However, after a call to the store and a return to the store later in the day, not only did I receive several apologies and my missing bakery item, but also a reimbursement for my order. All with smiles and not once was I made to feel uncomfortable about returning. This store has made the ultimate positive impression on me and I will definitely return when in the area.

I like the employee’s talking on phones while working. Maybe put the phones down and pick up a broom. This floor is gross. Nothing a good supervisor couldn’t fix. I also like waiting behind another customer while an. employee stands off to the side… Just standing there. How about take an order. Clean the floor… Anything.

I get Starbucks everyday and I stopped into this location for the first time today because it was the most convenient and it was not a good experience. The customer service was crap, I ordered an Ice tea and they didn’t put any sweetener in it, so I got to work and took a swig and it was bitter, very disappointing. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but when you do come across it, it’s really awesome. This was not the case. Wont be returning here.

This is the most rude grumpy Starbucks baristas in the country! Don’t waste your time! I would rather wait in the line across the street at the Starbucks in the mall!

Rude staff, and management is poor. I wanted a cool lime refresher with no water and was told I would be charged for two drinks since it’s extra refresher liquid. I work at Starbucks, I have never heard of that before. Will not be returning.

It is what it is. There is a Starbucks every 500 ft in this area(not to mention the rest of the country)…no seriously, 500 ft away in Target there is another one. If you aren’t taking to go or want to chill outside, find another spot. I would assume this place was put in because of all the shoppers, who probably just want a grab and go, and it appears to be a success. Staff was friendly, the place was clean and the drink was made quick. One negative is staff hanging out after their shift is over and smoking. Yuck for what it is. More yuck for doing it at your place of business where you touch things with your hands that go in my mouth, regardless if you aren’t on the clock.

With a few tables and chairs available outside, this Starbucks is merely an indoor coffee stand. You know… outdoor seating and freezing Portland/Clackamas rain during the winter months is just not an appealing match. I will probably walk next door to the Target Starbucks(may have the same owner anyway?) to sit down and enjoy my coffee while doing some work. Or, if you mind those whiny monsters(kids), drive to another Starbucks in Barnes&Noble/ at the Towncenter/across from Kaiser. Nevertheless, their beverage quality is standard. Staff is also friendly.
