Great company! They just finished the install of a beautiful floating engineered hardwood floor after I found out actual hardwood was a no go in my condo. I was heartbroken when I found out my first choice wasn’t an option but Levi helped me pick out what I have now and I couldn’t be happier! I think I love it more than the hardwood I had original chosen!
Jordan and his crew actually worked through New Years to get the job done BEFORE the requested timeline so I could get my things moved in. Overall I could not be more pleased, no unnecessary transitions, my home was always treated with the respect and kindness you’d expect of a great company, and they beat their deadline by a few days much to my gratitude. I have nothing but effusive praise for Levi and his team at Rejuvenation Construction. I and my fiancé recently purchased a spacious yet outdated condo in the Portland area, and it was festooned in wall-​to-​wall carpeting. We turned to Levi and his team to help completely transform our home. From start to finish, Levi guided us through a quick, efficient, and consumer-​friendly renovation project. I say «consumer-​friendly» because I am not an advanced renovator at all, and I felt like I was getting a lot of runaround from other companies in town when I put out for a bid. During our meeting about my project estimate, Levi steered me in some economical directions that helped us achieve a high-​end look at a good price.
We put in a Natural Acacia laminate after we rejected a bamboo option due to the layout of our condo – due to the nature of the product, it would’ve forced us to create a lot of «transitions» or «breaks» between rooms in our open floor plan, which would have been unsightly. We are immensely grateful to Levi and his team for pointing us in the right direction, and leaving us with a dwelling that looks significantly more amazing and will surely bolster our property’s value

Levi and the crew did an awesome job. Showed up on time, setup quickly and finished early. Floors and new staircase look awesome. They even helped out with some sub-​flooring issues. Great work guys.

Rejuvenation Construction recently installed new engineered wood flooring in my condo. The whole process was easy, very quick and a quality finish. Levi’s team took away the old floor, moved furniture and appliances around, installed the new floor, all in less than 8 hours! Levi provided me a shopping list so, all I had to do is buy the supplies from lumber liquidators, easy as pie. I highly recommend this company.
