Our principal, Moiz Ali, has been in the insurance business since 1987. He has a strong claims and risk management background, and takes a consultative approach to insurance.

In 2004 we have purchased a home insurance policy from Moize Ali for our 5080 SQF home up on Idleman Rd. in Happy Valley In 2005 when we have received our first renewal offer we have realized that the square footage and house description were wrong and not matching of our home, we have canceled the policy and asked Mr. Ali to correct the errors Ali has acknowledged the errors and indicated that they were due to Farmers faulty software. The same happened again in 2008 when I have received the renewal offer and I have noticed that the errors were not fixed and the policy still reflect 1894 sqf home with specs were not of our home Mr. Ali insisted that the errors were due to farmers faulty software. We asked Ali to issue a new policy with a new policy application which I have signed where I have stated all the changes on the new application along with the corrected house specs and square footage. In 2009 I was deployed to Iraq when I have returned in 2013 I have reviewed the policy renewal offer and have discovered that the changes again were not reflected on the renewal offer, Mr. Ali acknowledged and promised that he would fix the errors. In 2014 our home completely burned down and we have discovered that the policy was never changed and that the errors were never fixed on top of that we have learned that we were underinsured for more than $ 900k and that Mr. Ali never visited the property, When Mr. Ali was asked to represent us with the insurance application that we have signed in 2008 that contained the changes and corrected house specs we have made. Mr. Ali presented us with a forged insurance policy that had a forged signature and house specs not of our home. Do you really want this agent to be in charged in your lifetime investment? We are a budget conscious household that has found the service we get from Moiz and Tiffany to be outstanding. We started needing apartment and car only. We now need Home, Car, Life, Boat and RV. Moiz has grown with us.
