The atmosphere is wonderful and elegant here. The employees are professional and seem well taken care of. I visit here often and in talking to residents, as a whole, they have no regrets and are proud to call it home.

We have had a family member in their memory care unit for years but are considering moving her. Recent management changes have brought deceptive billing practices, endless promises to fix what appear to be padded or downright incorrect charges –always in their favor – which never get fixed despite their promises to do so. Endless run-​arounds and excuses about computer systems and then, when they admit error, they ask that the credit be added to our bill over time! And then it is never done anyway despite endless phone calls. Having a family member with Alzheimers is difficult enough without dealing with a facility that is run this way.
