We specialize in custom decorated cookies, cupcakes and cakes. We also do dessert bars and can do a variety of other sweets as well for your any occasion.

History

Established in 2012.

I was looking for a spiderman cookie for my sons 4th birthday. I couldn’t find one in a local bakery and wanted something delicious and cute, so I sent out to make my own. I started making them for friends and family and they encouraged me to start a business.

We don’t have a store front yet, but we SHIP and DELIVER our sweets. Also, you can find us at the Lake Oswego Farmers’ Market.

If you want a quality dessert for a special occasion this is your bakery! I have used them for so many events and each time I am AMAZED at how beautiful her cookies, cakes and other baked treats are and they taste better than they look! People are blown away by the creativity of them. This shop is a GEM!

Shannon’s creativity never ceases to amaze me. We have had her do cookie trays as well as cookie party favors for our kids’ birthdays, and each time we get so many compliments on the cookies that we happily pass along Shannon’s info to our guests. Even though we don’t live in Oregon now, I still order from her! Pretty soon I’ll have her decorate and mail some cookies directly to me, just because they taste so good and I am craving the taste of that icing! I would highly, highly recommend her work (and baking skills). She is so very talented!

I’ve hosted and attended several events where Shannon’s creations became the focal point of the party because they are so creative and scrumptious! Her artistry shines in beautifully iced cookies and whimsical cakes. The fact that they taste amazing is almost too good to be true.
Faustine’s Bakery recently provided cupcakes for my wedding, and Shannon went above and beyond my expectations. She had great ideas about flavors and how to incorporate our bicycle theme into the desserts. The end result was perfect.
I’ve also asked Faustine’s to ship cookies for holidays or special occasions. They always arrive beautifully packaged and unbroken. People love getting such fun goodies in the mail!

Unbelievably creative and delicious cookies, and Shannon is an absolute delight to work with! In the past couple of months, she has done a baby shower event, my daughter’s wedding dessert bar, and a high school graduation party. Give her a theme and she will shine. Faustine’s Bakery provided a cookie platter and individual cookie favors for my daughter’s first birthday. I simply provided a copy of the invitation and the quantity, and the cookies I received were absolutely gorgeous and delicious. The cookies were shipped overnight from Washington state to Virginia and they arrived perfectly fresh and not a single one was broken.
