Factory Wheel Outlet

Wheels on our Audi A8 were looking a little worse for wear. Factory Wheel Outlet took them to the next level by fixing the damage and doing a color change. They were able to color match them to the cars body and they look killer. I also had them mount and balance new tires.
I am a very satisfied customer.

I hit a pothole and bent one of my front wheels on my Scion TC, and had been searching/​calling/​visiting various shops all day before I gave Jim a call. I explained my problem, and he assured me we could find a solution, so I stopped by. Background: I know very, very little about cars, and felt so out of my depth throughout this whole process until I came here.
I was welcomed by Jim himself, the owner and manager, which was a relief as he remembered my call and quickly got up to help. He examined my wheel, and said they could fix it if that’s the route I wanted to go, but that he had an alternate wheel that was very similar he could put on in 10 minutes so I could be on my way. I opted for the alternate wheel because I was in a time crunch, expecting to pay double what I had anticipated, but it was SO moderately priced and even slightly less than comparables on the Internet that would have taken days to arrive.
Overall, I was in and out in ²⁰⁄₃₀ minutes with exactly what I needed, plus a few extra dollars in my pocket. The level of service was exceptional, quick, accommodating and full of kindness. I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Just had two infiniti Q50 rims refinished due to curb road rash. Jim the owner was outstanding along with the timely turnaround and on time pick up. The rims look perfectly new and I could not be more happy. The others that work at this location are great. The customer service and honesty is refreshing. If you have rims that have curb road rash, I highly recommend taking your rims here. Great service, quality work and a outstanding value.

Just picked up a painted alloy wheel that I had repaired and repainted at this shop and it looks beautiful. I liked that this shop gives the option of rebuilding your own wheel or (if in stock) they can exchange for one that they have already repaired and repainted.
The shop is very neat and organized and they are very professional. Given how many new cars have painted alloy wheels and how expensive replacement wheels are at a dealership — it is nice to know where I can go should I get too close to another curb.
