Robert Half Management Resources

Back in November, I decided to give these staffing agencies another shot, having gone through one awhile ago. I heard Robert Half was a good one to go to for business majors, so I decided to give them a shot. I applied and got a call back in a few days. BTW, I have a degree in Finance with a minor in Economics and I’m young, so I am very employable. Anyway, my rep went by the name of Scott. After a few interviews, I landed an assignment, but from the start, was very questionable. On my first day, I worked about 4 hours at a fashion company in Commerce due to the lack of work available. Communication between my rep and the company manager was also an issue. On my second day, I was sent home because the training manager was ill and missed work. I called Scott to let him know I was unhappy with the assignment and wanted another. Since that conversation, I haven’t heard from RH. I was indifferent on getting another assignment because I was financially secure. Fortunately for me, I got a career position with a major defense contractor just days after speaking with Scott. I give two stars because it did seem like they were actually trying, up until I said I wanted a new assignment, but also note that most jobs were all low paying jobs, from 13 – 17 an hour. Of course, low paying in retrospect. I wouldn’t recommend this agency based on my anecdotal experience or any other agency for that matter.

Anyone considering this Agency for employment search should really stay away. The Robert Half — Office Team group located in the City of Industry makes a lot of promises but never comes through. Their rating should be negative stars! This team is very incompetent in their job and mislead people that really need a job.

Three weeks ago my unemployment unexpectedly stopped. I applied at 8 different agencies in the SoCal area. He is professional, respectful, and 100% reliable. I ended up being placed in a position through another agency but I want you job seekers to know that frank is the real deal.
