Penny Liu obtained a Master in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor in Business-​Economics from UCLA. Penny has received numerous accolades stemming from her abilities to breakdown the perceived barriers in the real estate industry. As such, Penny has worked on residential and commercial real estate projects in Southern California, Las Vegas, New Orleans, China, and Columbia. In 2006, Penny was recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of the Top 30 Realtors under 30 years old. As a rising star in the real estate industry, Penny’s career has also been featured on Forbes Magazine.

If I could give her 0 stars, I would! 1 star is already considered generous.
My experience working with Penny on a professional level has been possibly my worst nightmare. She has been a difficult and condescending realtor for every little detail. My roommate and I began to move into our new found apartment in south Irvine. As we were settling in, we discovered that our stackable washer and dryer were not functional. We thought that they were not supposed to be stacked originally, but it turns out that there was no stacking kit installed.
After chasing Best Buy around for a month, we finally had someone come out to the property to install it. Unfortunately, they had discovered that whoever had installed it had forgotten to remove the shipping bolts. This is what had caused the washer to shake from the very beginning, not user error. She continually told our landlord saying we were trying to swindle our land lord out of rent money by creating these problems in our apartment. Essentially she was not taking responsibility of the installed appliance and tried to put the blame on us. I would not recommend Penny to anyone because she is extremely difficult to work with. Please take caution in her aggressive attempts to solve problems.

Penny was the 3rd agent we hired when we purchased our house. Unlike other agents we met, Penny spent a lot of time to chat with us in order to learn what we really want. When we told her our price range and requirements, she made sure she offered us just what we wanted. Many times we didn’t even need to tell her we like the house or not, because she already know us too well.
We really glade to have her as our agent. We weren’t looking for expensive house which means her comm prolly wasn’t really much. But she spend a lot of time to help us to find our home. We recommended her to many of our friends already, and she definitely deserve a 5 stars rating!

I recommend Penny from Remax 2000 Realty, for all of your Real Estate needs,
I give her full credit for finding my dream home in just one month. I am super picky, but Penny understood me and know what I was looking for right from the first day when I met her, It’s obvious that she knows her business inside out and that she’s mastered house hunting, client care, and efficiency. I doubt I’ll be move again, because I’m so thrilled with the house she found for me, but if I do, I will for sure to gives Penny a call again

Used this agent to sell my mom’s place and thought she really deserved a review. At first, I wasn’t so sure about her looking so young but it turns out she comes from a realtor family and really knows her stuff! We made sure we knew everything about contingencies and amendments and always reviewed all the paperwork and information with us very thoroughly. Most importantly, she never failed to answer or return a phone call promptly, which is a big deal when you’re dealing with selling a home! She spoke fluent chinese which was great for my mom and she has a great sense of humor. Give her a try!
