Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service!!!
I’ve never experienced such bad customer service like I did with this fed ex. This dude needs better training! If you see Jerry working, just walk out from here because he’s no help AT ALL. This place deserves 0 stars.

Came in last minute (work related) and I was helped by Patty. She was beyond helpful and recommend this place for anyone needing printing services done. Bottom line she saved me!

Work stations that get you what you need and fast. And… The team here is quick and friendly.
I frequently come to Fedex kinkos to use the computer work stations for work and school projects. Usually because I haven’t bought my color printer refills lol. Anyhow, I never have any issues and there are always enough for me to use with now wait. The only issue is that it is always freezing! Bring a sweater if you plan on being here a while. Parking is a little bit of an issue because it is a busy strip mall but one always pops open if you drive around. There are also plenty of food yummy food places near by so once you are done you can fill up on good grub. Perfect place to make copies and ship items too.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just spent 45 minutes inside of here when I should have been in and out in 10. I needed help faxing something and no one bothered helping me until 30 minutes after I had been standing. And only one person was busy. Once I finally got help, the girl who helped me left me in the middle of the fax to go tape up some boxes & do some other job. So yes, you guessed it, MORE waiting. It looked as my fax was done so I had to stand there and wait for her yet again until she was done with whatever she was doing. I’m not one to complain and I understand you may be busy and try to multitask, but please communicate with your customers so they’re not left standing there confused.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I walked into this place wanting work done. Frankie and his attitude helped me. Looks like a college student just trying to put $ in his pocket and doesn’t know the real value of customer service. I was printing JPEGs. He told me he couldn’t and tried to send me off. I asked questions and he even refused to answer them. I told him that I usually go to the FedEx in Chino and they do all of my business material and have no problem accomplishing any job that I bring their way. He consistently just brushed me off and tried to send me on my way. It was funny because I watched him do that to four other customers before me in the store. I wasn’t going to let him do that to me –like I said, I’m a business owner and I know how a business should be operated. I then asked him for his managers name and phone number so that I can ask why they couldn’t print out JPEG’s for me– again he refused and instead thought that asking me for my number instead was a better option. Wow! Who asks for the customers number instead of providing info requested? This guy doesn’t know what customer service is! If any of my employees acted like that or did that to any of my loyal customers they would be fired on the spot. So guess what I did as soon as I left-​I called my friendly local FedEx store by my house in Chino where Herman was so respectful, so helpful, and is able to tackle the job just like they always do. I wish I just went there instead but like I said, im out of the area. its not even a hard job for Heaven sake! You were printing out JPEG’s! Anyway I will be contacting the manager of the store in the city of industry to let him or her know that they should really review the video in the store and hopefully there is audio so that they can see how his performance level is when he’s the only one in the store. Horrible hire, horrible employee, and does not know what customer services! Frankie needs a reality check because there is a lot of unemployed people who are willing to do whatever it takes to have his job. If you need work done go to FedEx and Chino off of central. Oh, and Herman from the Chino store just called me and told me that my order is ready! can you believe that???

My experience here was less than 10 minutes, but it shouldn’t have even been one minute. I needed to drop off a package to be shipped. The package was already labeled and ready to go out, I just needed to drop it off and be done. The last time I needed to drop off a package was over a year ago, and I guess in that time they had major renovations done. The whole place looked different and I was disoriented when I walked in.
I had my package in my hand and I was walking around the store for a good 4 minutes without anyone asking me if I needed help. I was looking for signs that said something to the tune of «Drop Off», but there was nothing. I’m not sure what the point of the reno was if everything is even more confusing around the store than before.
Another minute of walking around the store with no help and I was fed up. I had to go outside and ask my mom (who was parked in the car) where I was supposed to put the package. She had previously told me to walk in, turn to the left and drop it off at the «silver thing that looks like a weigher». However, she was not aware of the renovations either.
Finally, I walked back in, straight to the back with the orange sign that says «Pack Plus». A lady finally says, «Do you need help with your package? I’ll be there in a minute.» I just told her I just needed to drop off and didn’t need a receipt.
I guess I could’ve dropped off the package at a random counter and walked out, but I feel like that’s not proper store etiquette and I at least wanted someone to be aware that there was a package there to be dealt with.
I would also like to add that the store was not busy at all and there were a handful of workers just standing around. And yes, before you all think «well, you should’ve just asked someone for help», I did try. But no one turned around to talk to me. Maybe I’m invisible when I go out, but I think the customer service needs to be majorly improved.

I’m seething with hate at the moment. I walked in and asked for help with printing. The lady behind the desk whipped back «there’s-a-self-printing-station-over-there.» Okay. Fair enough. I walk to the print station print out three copies of a picture I needed printed on gloss. The papers printed out on regular paper. Okay, my fault. I should have guessed that if the option wasn’t there, then it wouldn’t have popped up how I wanted it. So I go to the line where the only lady visible is working (shipping center.) After waiting patiently for her to be available, she asks me what I need. I tell her I need to print out a picture on gloss paper. Pointing she says, «The printing center is over there. I can help you over there.» I turn to the center where the girl who told me, rudely, to go to the self printing center.
«Okay.» Is what I say. I’m doing my best to not over react and keep quiet. I get my usb out of the self printing center and walk to the printing center. I give her the usb. I’m so close to getting my pictures printed. They have gloss paper, but the size of my picture isn’t the correct dimensions. My file is the size of a poster. They offer to resize it for seven bucks. Okay, my fault again. I didn’t know the right dimensions for the print out. I’m in a rush, the experience has taken much longer than I anticipated so yes. Yes, I will pay the seven bucks to get my picture printed out.
I’m feeling good. It took awhile, but I’m about to get my pictures. She hands me my six copies of prints. They are all squished and have poor color and detail. I couldn’t hide my surprise at the botched prints. My face said a lot, but at that point I realized nothing I was going to say would change the outcome of my experience at this fed ex.
So I paid ten bucks total for the squished pictures I will never be able to use. She knew those pictures came out horribly. She knew she had just charged me seven bucks to resize the picture. But she did nothing to acknowledge how awkwardly horrible the pictures came out or offered a way to compensate me in some way. I would have been super happy with a «Sorry about the prints. Wish I could refund you, but it’s store policy.» Or something! Anything!
Side note: If you’re printing pictures with details fed ex is not the place for your needs. Maybe that’s common knowledge, but I didn’t realize until this experience.
I realize a lot of my stress could have been elevated by simply getting these pictures printed earlier. So I will concede that. I will not concede on how poor their customer service was, how little they seemed to care, and the attitude in which I was handled.

Robert is a life saver! I almost had a panic attack for my group project and had to do a complete makeover and the project is due in less than 10 hours!!! I called the store and Robert picked up the phone and advised me what to do to prepare my file to bring it in to get it printed. Again thank you so much people at this FedEx store !!! Great customer service and speed!

Great service!
I got charged $ 0.30/minute for using their internet to print something from my email. It took the slow computer about a minute or two to upload the Gmail website so I got charged $ 0.60 for that. On top of it, I printed out two pages of one email before I figured out how to do it right! I got charged for $ 0.43 a page. All in all it was frustrating being in a time limit and spending about $ 6.00 trying to print out one email so I went up to the front service desk and the girl gladly rejected all the charges after I told her my story and showed her my useless papers printed and only charged me $ 1.43 for everything!
FedEx is useful for a quick printing need and other office-​related stuff. Great service, and will refund you for useless papers :)

Came in to ship a package to Canada, arrived here 8:35 and took them over 40 mins to process it… its so bad. I will not use FedEx never again.

I don’t think customer service is part of the vocabulary here. 2 copy machines in the whole location and asking a question is like pulling teeth. Never again will I patronise this location.

I just had to come on here to see if others thought the same and I was right! By far the worst fedex I have EVER been to. It was empty and it took 20 min to get it together! Really?! 20 min?! No line– verifying the address took 15 min alone. Never again– I will be using other postal services from now on. Btw I never leave bad reviews/​this is how frustrated I am. Please avoid what happened to me

So I don’t usually write review on fedex Kinko’s because they are pretty much the same everywhere I go. I went to this location during lunch time thinking there might be a long line for sending packaging since it was lunch time. To my surprises there was only one more person ahead of me and it was pretty much empty inside of the store. So I thought I can be in n out since I just had to mail one page document over night internationally.
Initially one of the clerk came and ask me about usual questions regarding to my mail and ask me to write sender and receiver’s information. Then she goes to ring other customer for other thing (not for mail). there were 2 – 3 other people working there beside her but when I was done writing address down and waiting for her or other personal to come and just ring me up, took forever to get someone back to me. There was another person doing some other stuff right behind the counter where I was waiting, but he had no intention of helping me at all. He looked at me a couple of times and had eye contact with me also but no word, not even «we’ll be right with you» or «I wish I can help you but I have to finish this first» or nothing. All I needed was to send one document. It wouldn’t even take a few min to finish. It seemed that there was only one girl who can ring up and do mailing but other people cannot touch the cashier?
I don’t know maybe they aren’t supposed to help the customer once someone else talked to that person. My co worker was waiting for me to finish. And he looked bit annoyed and I was definitely annoyed by this not so great customer service…
It is close to my work so very convenient for me but I might not come back to this location anymore. The girl who was helping me was helpful but what is going on with other workers there???

Worst ever! I never write post but I was really upset with there service! It’s happen to me more then one time! How hard is it to get the right address??? I won’t never us fed ex ever again or would i recommend it! I wish I could give zero star!

I mean, really, what’s there to say, here?
The place seemed to be partially under construction — renovations, perhaps?
The lady at the counter was helpful, though she didn’t really tell me until it was almost too late that the price different on 2-​day shipping and standard was like 4x. I opted for standard.
There were nice, private computer workstations in the back, though I do wish these places would do a better job of telling you where the PRINTER is when you opt to print out a page from said workstation. You kind of just have to follow the sound of tiny printer gears turning, or the smell of toner. But I’m a bit like Droopy the Dog, so I guess it’s okay.
Mailed a package, printed out a parking pass and got back on the road in 10 minutes flat.

Worst service ever. A Hispanic girl that works there will always try to charge you extra to repackage your item. She will find any excuse possible to try to make you use their service for repackaging. DO NOT GET FOOLED! Bring it to another location if they want to charge you extra. This is the second time she tried to charge me extra. Her reason was my box was too «thin» which obviously is not true. The box was a regular plain shipping box I used to ship over 40 packages and never had any issues. I brought the box to another Fedex location and the manager said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the box. Do yourself a favor and go to another location!

I wish there was a zero star because they do not deserve any star what’s so ever
They are the hardest fedex location to deal with. They reject packages that are secured so that they can charge you $ 3 to repackage it for you. I do not need you guys to do that for me I ship packages everyday and they make it to the destination safely 99% of the time.
Managers don’t help, they tend to ruin your day by being so rude and giving you an attitude when they say that they cannot accept the package and they will repack it for you. Blah blah

The only reason why I come here because it is close and their ground pick up is at 6pm

Not helpful at all, I let the employee (him) know what I wanted to get done and in other locations they would help me out, he just directed me to the self computers. I told him I wanted a certain size for my image. I couldn’t do that at the computers. It only prints out the size the image is on file. I wasted 90 cents to use a computer to log in to my email only to realize that. I won’t come to this unhelpful location again. I wouldn’t even give one star.

By far the most incompetent workers I’ve ever encountered.
Working at a store where you specialize in PRINTING, you should DAMN well know which way a paper feeds into the printer to print on what side of the paper. I walked in and asked the lady at the desk if they can print on tissue paper. She immediately said «no, our printer will jam» and I clarified that it was tissue paper on top of regular paper so the printer wont jam. I also asked her if they had inkjet printers and she said no, only laser. I pointed to the printers where customers can print out pages themselves and she said «oh. I’m not sure, those are the closest to ink jet you will get» (WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?)
I then proceeded to ask her (it was almost as if I had to perform some sort of torture on her to get some kind of assistance) if she knew which way I could feed the paper so it would print on the side I wanted to. She said «you can try printing on a paper and marking it to see» (which would only cost me a fee of 50 cents per PAGE) Irritated at this point I asked her if she could ask someone who knew so i wouldnt have to waste money trial printing. She turned around asked the other incompetent worker and they both shrugged and said «hmm I’m not sure.» GET A FREAKIN’ CLUE! I’m sorry — this is your job. You should know the answers to simple questions people will ask you on a day to day basis. If you don’t know. then find out by trying it yourself and ASSISTING the customer. You are in customer service.
Reading other reviews, I am sure I’m not the only one who encountered such idiotic service.
The total outcome: Me wasting my time on my lunch break and wasting my 8 dollars on pages that are not useful to me to trial something that the workers should have been able to assist me with.
If the owner or manager of this branch is reading this — I suggest you hire more competent workers to work at your location.
Extremely unsatisfied and irate.
