America’s Tire Store – City Of Industry, CA

I am absolutely locked on America’s Tire aka Discount Tire 100%. I will continue to purchase and have all my tire needs and services done there. Their service has always been great and always surpassed my expectations. I always replace my tires there and I truly recommend purchasing the certificate they have which is a tire warranty. It is so worth it. If your tire is ever damaged, they replace it with a brand new tire for free. There were a couple times where I had a nail in the tire and it damaged it and another time my tire was basically cut badly and They replaced the tire both times with a new tire at no charge what so ever. They also do all the rotation and balancing for free with you tire purchase. Their service is great, fast and very professional.

This was my first time here and all I can say is they’ve earned my business for life. The staff was very friendly and they took care of us very quickly. I had a nail in my tire and it did not look good. They rang me up quickly and told me it would be ready in half an hour, so I went and grabbed food and came back and they had taken less time than that and had the car ready for me. When I got ready to pay, they told me it was free! I asked why and they told me because they want you to remember them in the future when you’re thinking about where to go to have your tires replaced, well mission accomplished. Definitely coming to this place every time now, because this is such a stark contrast when I went to Just Tires in Diamond Bar and it took them 3 hours to change 2 tires.

Great customer service! I had a nail in my tire and Robert plus the technicians were able to help me out for free without any hassles. Everyone working was kind and courteous to all customers. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

The guys here are first rate! Manny is very professional and made sure that my wife’s tire was repaired safely. Today, I’m in for my complimentary tire rotation and wheel rebalancing because I bought my certificates when I got the car new. I buy certs with every car I get. It pays for itself the first time you need a tire replacement due to a road hazard.
The dealers and even pep boys charge at least $ 20.00 for a tire rotation. Depending on your tire, you might pay that just for one certificate (you need 4 certs to cover all 4 tires), so over the life of the tire, the certs pay for themselves. Obviously, the more expensive the tire, the more expensive the cert, but it’s still a helluva lot cheaper than a new tire…
And, you don’t have to buy the tire from them to get a cert.

This is a very convenient location with quick service and free tire repairs. I don’t dread coming here and know they will take care of me when I have problems with my tires.

Came in 2pm on Monday there was a little bit of wait but wasn’t too bad. A guy greeted me and walked me through my car. He immediately spotted a screw on my right rear tire — problem found! Then we went back to the office and he asked me a few basic questions and my preference on how they could fix the tire: if the tire is repairable, they’ll fix it; If it is not, they will get back to me and see if I want a replacement. They provide tires ranging from $ 120 — ?. I agreed and signed and he told me the inspection is going to take up to 1 hour. So I took a seat in the waiting area and played my phone for like 45mins, another guy came in and asked for me. He told me my tire was fixed and they checked the other tires and they were all good. I was a little surprised to hear this was free of charge. Anyways,. I had a great experience here.

Probably the best customer service of any tire/​auto shop I’ve been to.
I was on a donut tire as my Yokohoma popped beyond repair earlier that morning on the freeway. Came here around 10am on a Wednesday. Store looked pretty busy for a weekday. I waited about 5 mins before I was helped (2 customers in front of me). The workers were very friendly, attentive, truthful and knowledgeable regarding any questions customers had.
After Luke inspected my flat, we went over the available tires they had in stock. The Yokohamas were out of stock and that was originally what I wanted at first but he showed me other similar alternatives. He offered me a low priced one, but I asked for a Michelin instead, which he had. I took the insurance for it, (cheap!). He estimated it would take about 50 – 55 mins and was accurate. The employees here understand that some customers are in a hurry to get in and out and were treated very respctfully.
If i ever need to come back here again regarding my tires, I will. Let’s just hope I don’t have any more accidents lol.

Very impressed at how the staff can multi-​task so well AND be polite at the same time. Many of us, including myself, are in a hurry with our busy schedules and, not in the best mood, because usually people are at the tire store due to issues with their wheels. Plus, knowing that tires are expensive and need to be bought in sets, don’t make things any better either. Somehow, the staff at America’s Tires work efficiently with each other and can «process» many people’s tire issues while being friendly.

I’ve been a customer at this particular America’s Tire for about five years and I’ve never had a bad experience here. I trust the staff here and that is a testament to the professionalism and ethics of this store. I used to work near this location but I still travel out of my way to this location for service on my Nissan Altima, Nissan Frontier, Honda Element, and Toyota Prius. I appreciate that the staff here tells my what I need without trying to rape my wallet. Great job, guys. Recommended!

My tire store for the past 5 – 6 years or so. I love their $ 13/​tire replacement certificate, which I’ve had to utilize a few times. I also take advantage of the free tire rotations. They can locate all your info and history in their system so no need to lug around or search for old copies of receipts and warranties.
Always friendly service in person and over the phone. Making appointments are painless. My visits are usually no more than an hour and I always leave happy and with peace of mind.

Decided to finally visit this shop on the third day my tire sensor light came on for low air.
Bought all my 4 tires about two years ago and now they found a nail/​screw in my RR tire which will require repair. They told me that i hv addtl warranty at a time of purchase. Gladly and with all God’s blessings, i’ve been safe driving the streets/​frwys of LA for a while i had this screw in my tire. Im so glad i didnt hv to pay for it the repair. If it requires replacement, they will cover it as well. So glad i went to them first –they gave me peace of mind! Will take my other vehicle to them nxt time… see for yourself

As I walked into the store the employees were very courteous. I told them about my problem (two tires slowly leaking air), then we went to look at the tires, and then began the SCAM. I was told by their employee that it was illegal to fix my tires bc they were 10+ years old, and that my only option was to by new tires. Being suspicious I instantly tried looking up the law on my phone, due to poor reception I wasn’t able to find any info. Left the store without any purchases or repairs. I went home and searched my issue. I didn’t find any laws but many articles like this…

Had a tire constantly running low so they told me if it was fixable they’d repair it for free. There was a nail in my tire and they repaired it free of charge.

I make trips from Vegas to LA pretty often and my tire pressure lights came on upon arrival. I drive a 13′ Jeep Rubicon with off-​roading tires that usually deflate a bit after such a trip. I did some shopping across the street at the Puente Hills mall and saw America’s Tire and gave them a call. I figured they could do a better job than me at a gas station. Blake picked up and was extremely helpful. He told me to go ahead and come over for a FREE air check. Awesome!
Danny took care of my air pressure and was very friendly. They kindly offered me water and coffee meanwhile. Danny even checked my spare tire. That was so thoughtful of him! I tipped him for his work though it is not mandatory.

Before even approaching the entrance you politely get greeted by an employee. I gave him the detail on my tire history real quick, he did a quick visual inspection, and told me my tires are alllllmost there for replacement. I appreciate the honesty.
I mentioned I wanted a tire rotation and balance. Be advised this service is *cue Larry’s voice from sit n sleep* FREEEEEEEE!!!
I tipped the two guys who got down and dirty on taking off my tires in this 102 degree weather today. I left within 20 minutes and was well on my way.
Honest people and most of all respectful. I couldn’t ask for more!
