Four years ago, we purchased Acme Furniture’s Heartland White Finish Bunk Bed. Yesterday, the top bunk partially collapsed onto the lower bunk with both my daughters in it. Today, Acme Furniture will not disclose the manufacturer to us and refuses to address the issue except to say that it was normal wear and tear. When we stated that we felt bound to warn others of their faulty products and refusal to help, we were told «We are a big corporation. Go ahead. »

FUCK THIS COMPANY!!! I received half of the damn thing when I was supposed to, and have now gone for three weeks without a bed that I paid over $ 1300 for with shipping. Customer service does nothing but tell me my order is «still processing», but can’t explain why it takes longer to ship the pieces THEY FORGOT than to get the rest of it to me in the first place. They won’t do anything to make it right, and they refuse to put me in contact with the manufacturer because «they don’t interact directly with the public». Fuck these people, do not buy ANYTHING from them!!!

I don’t know if acme is affiliate with Mudu furniture but it’s unfortunate if that’s the case. My bf and I bought a bedroom set and a dinner set from MUDU furniture about 6 months ago when we moved Into our own place and we have been coming back several times for other items and things have been great. The products isn’t the highest quality but for what we paid for but it
definitely good quality products, very sturdy for the price. Customer service was good and fast shipping. Overall, I think they are pretty awesome!

Bought a bed room set with sofa and two computer desks from here.
The quality was pretty good. My room looks much nicer.
The only downside is they don’t sell to individual customer and do not deliver to residential address.

Update: To compensate for my unsatisfaction, the company called me and they refunded me 10%. It was either 10% or exchange for the bad parts…

. STAY AWAY from this company! Their furniture is poorly made. I bought a couch from them that cost me $ 293 tax included, when I opened up the box, the wood part of the couch had major scratches and some minor dents. Im very unsatisfied and they dont take returns. I wish I just went to walmart instead. Ugh waste of $ 293!

I totally agree with TC review. Bought a Modena Bycast Leather sofa and the cheap pine wood frame broke and foam padding is rotting away. Only about 3 years old but no warranty and factory won’t recommend any place to repair. Basically trash.

They are a distributor, not a manufacturer. They sell the Cheapest, chinese Cra$$ you can image. Flat sofa cushions, cheap pine wood, poor and I Mean sloppy design. Sofas are NOT comforable or well made, and they do NOT warranty a darn thing.
