Vice’s Collision Repair

Went to several body shops but decided on Vices. They staff was super friendly, greeted me at the door, listened to my rambling monologue about what a storm this collision has me in, and gave me a good expectation on what to expect from the coming repair. They even helped to make sure a rental car was ready from Hertz when i dropped off the car.
I will post before and after pictures and tell you more as things progress! Right from the start, the watm and frieilndly staff helped me feel confident.

I want to thank everyone at Vice’s for providing top of the line service. The manager and staff are so nice. The service is quick and professional. I will definitely return to Vice’s in the future.

We ended up coming to Vice’s after a very unfortunate situation where my KTM was not loaded correctly by the local bike shop (Motorcycle Performance Center) and it topped over on the side rail of my truck. Fast forward to actually getting the work done, and the bike shop gave a song and dance about paying the truck. Nick handled the transaction at Vice’s and was TOP NOTCH. He was a professional and handled the transaction behind the scenes with the Motorcycle shop and our truck was finally repaired. When we picked up the truck it was done to our satisfaction and it was cleaned inside and out. Nick was a pleasure to work with and treated us respectfully. The front office that checked us in and out was always equally as professional and friendly, Thank you Vice’s for a job well done, and handling the repair of our vehicle to our satisfaction.

We sent our car in to get it fixed from a wreck on December 31^st. Picked it up end of February. I have to say, working with Rich… what a blessing to know this guy was overlooking our car.
Fantastic service. He kept me up to date on what’s going on with the car. This company is fantastic, and I highly recommend these guy’s! (The front end was totalled, other insurance company hard to work with)

Dropped my vehicle off yesterday to get fixed after a accident. They are so friendly and got everything taken care of right away. Called the rental company to make sure my vehicle would be ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service.

I waited until I had the opportunity to drive my auto around for a few weeks after the repair before writing my review.

I wanted true original parts where possible. This is why it’s important to go to an authorized agents knowledgeable of the auto manufacturer’s standards of quality. Vice’s knows your auto specifics, the manufacturer trust them to do the work right, they have their auto reputation riding on Vice’s as well. Vice’s provides notification time options regarding the repair status of your auto. Vice’s calls and informs you as often as you’d like. No sitting on hold waiting to inquire about your auto. Very nice customer care option.
I received: my auto back in a timely manner, with an inspection look-​over check for «my satisfaction» stating that all was in order as discussed, contract & warranty paperwork provided, my white/​cream interior cleaned, detailed, deeply waxed (and with a courtesy wash/​wax later and car items), the engine was started for me to hear the sounds of its reputable «cool-​as-​heck» rumble, seat heaters on, looking glossy and good!!.
No kidding — I cried. My car was looking and feeling that good!

I was beside myself regarding my collision issue and I truly welcomed the attention to detail and explanation of service. I normally would not go with the facility that the responsible party’s insurance suggested. I had my own go-​to family repair garage that I trusted in mind. However insurance cooperation, time, repair work reputation, and customer service was important. The insured’s insurance used Vice’s for my luxury auto repair. I researched for my high-​end, technology equipped, electronic hard top convertible for repair facilities. The entire staff was terrific and dealt with my Type A personality very well (smile). They maintained professionalism, focus, and patience. I’m not a client that is easily satisfied; I am aggressive but in a nice way — picky, detailed, and I require an explanation for responses to questions of «No or not possible». I went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and found it to be in order and any questions answered professionally with detailed answers. Impressive!
Vice’s answered all my questions without hesitation or fumble. The entire staff was terrific.

Customer service is on a whole different level at Vice’s.
I brought my car in to be repaired and had the best customer service by Angel, she walked me through the process from beginning to end. My car looks like it just came off the car lot… brand new again! So a shout out to not only Angel for her excellent customer service but to the men in the back, behind the scenes that did the repairs !! thank you very much. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Somebody ran into my car while I was at a stop sign. I took my car to Vice. That have the best staff! They were friendly, honest and kept me up to date on my car. They did a great job fixing and painting my bumper. They even went over and beyond by vacuuming the inside of my car, washing the outside and buffing out a few of the scratches the car seat had made on my side door. I was so impressed I had to hug Angel, the employee. Thank you Vice Collision Repair!!!

This place knows what’s up. Nick was super nice and knowledgable. He helped me repair my Nissan Versa is a timely matter and even gave me updates. Everything was really simple and easy.

My Farmers insurance agent recommended Vice’s and I am so glad. They did the most fantastic job on my H3 which was close to being totaled. You can not even tell it was ever scratch. Nick handled everything for me. Timely text updates on their progress, and Nick even took pictures during the process while they worked on it. It was in and out in a jiffy, and I am one extremely happy customer and would highly recommend their service. They even totally detailed the inside, windows and mirrors and everything was looking brand new. If you need it done right, ask for Nick at Vice’s Collision Repair.

This place is pretty cool. I give it a five star for their customer service. They keep me updated throughout the whole process and the wait time to get my car fixed was short. I had backed into another car and the corner of my Hyundai got dented and scratched with minor damage behind the bumper. It did take them one more day because the part they ordered got mixed with another part twice, and they still had to do the paint job on the new bumper, but other than that, this place was awesome! Especially Nick. Keep up the good and fabulous work guys!

Someone hit my car while it was parked in the parking lot at work. She was kind enough to leave a note with her insurance information. I called AAA and they gave me a list of collision repair centers. I chose Vices because of the location. Michael R. Worked on my car and was nothing but professional. I am 100% satisfied with the way things went. I was even able to leave my rental car at the repair center. I am not a friend or family member. I read the negative review from some one else and am wondering if perhaps he was a rude person himself. My car looked better than it did when I brought it in. They even detailed my car. I can honestly say that I would refer other people if they got into a collision. And they kept me updated on how long it was going to take for my car to be done. Years ago I had to work with another collision center on Greenback Lane and I do not remember the superb customer service. Thanks guys for making my experience good. Especially since I was without my car.

Someone side swiped me and left a huge ugly scratch on the side of my car. They finally found the bastard and his insurance referred me here. I was very happy with the end result, the job was phenomenal. Their staff was really friendly, thorough and helpful. Hopefully I won’t have to, but if I do need any more repairs done I will definitely be back.

I had two appraisals scheduled for my car at Vice. When I got there, I had a big SUV and had a bad experience with one of the local car washes, then someone bumped into my rear bumper at my work. It took them 10 – 15 (mainly taking pictures) to give me this two lowest possible estimates that are so unreasonable that would make anyone laugh. In addition, while writing the estimates he, somehow, managed to help other people as well, looking over their cars, etc… What a horrible experience. This shop is a joke, they surely want your business though, they start you off with low balling and then submit additional ‘estimates’ to your insurance. Golden State or Kniesels are much more honest than these guys are. AVOID.
P. S. I have checked Unilocal before choosing this shop. Now, I think that majority of the positive comments on here are from employees, family and friends. LOL

Steve & his crew know they’re stuff! My car got clipped really bad and Progressive insurance referred me to Vice’s, and I’m sure glad they did. They were very professional, helpful, and outgoing w/​service, I would definately highly recommend Steve & Vice’s to fix your car right the 1^st time around…

My mom recently needed to have some repairs done to her vehicle when she was involved in the first accident that’s ever happened to her. She was unfamiliar with the whole process but was given the name of Vice auto collision repair by her insurance company. She met Thomas who was very personable and pleasant, even sharing recipes with her. He made her feel very comfortable and welcome. They completed the work on time as specified, and even got a hubcap l to replace one that was missing prior to the accident at minimal cost. My mom was very happy with the service that she received. They even asked her to come back in a month after the paint cures so they can detail her car for her. She would highly recommend this auto shop.

This shop was wonderful. they were very courteous and worked hard to get my car back on the road 3 days earlier than estimated. Top quality repairs and a wonderful staff. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs collision repair.
