Jack Haddad went out to inspect my 97 year old aunt’s home and did a thorough inspection. He shared his concerns with me and told me he would be available to discuss any of his findings. I was very pleased with his professionalism. The only reason I don’t give him five stars is because it took him two weeks to e-​mail me his report. However, he did explain that it took time to transfer his files to a manageable size so that it could be ready for e-​mailing.

i believe he is a pathetic lier!
scheduled home inspection 1 week in advance, he calls me few hours before the time to show up to make up a ridiculous story that he can not come over, and has the nerve to ask me to send him my list of to do things and home address again, since he «forgot» it in his office. wow, what a professional inspector we got here! looks more like my home inspection was a pain in his schedule, so he decided not to take it.
dear people, i can care less about all those good reviews others left for him, i relied on those reviews myself, and look where it all took me.
hire someone else, as this guy has a habit of not showing up for scheduled appointments.
besides, his price is not less that anyone else i called, so you really not saving anything with him, only might end up with a headache.

Jack did the inspection for us to be sure we were getting a house that was safe. After we got into our home we found black mold in the kitchen as well as the master bathroom. In his report he flagged the toilet in the master saying it was loose. Behind the toilet was black mold. However this was not in the report. Under the kitchen sick black mold. also not in the report! When I contacted him his response was well the owners must have done something after I was there. This is crazy as black mold does not come that quickly. After paying what we did to know we had a safe home then to find out we did not was not a good experience. Why pay and inspector so much money and then find out it is not safe! I would never do business with this man again and hope you will not either!

Jack did a thorough home inspection for me, which involved the roof, and checking for mold. He was meticulous and honest. Two things that are really important for a home inspection. I would definitely recommend him. He is also a contractor and was able to answer my questions involving remodeling of the home. I came across him through a search on Google and saw all the great reviews. I highly recommend him!

I am thoroughly impressed by the inspection performed by Jack Haddad. He was friendly, very professional, meticulous & focused on his work. As we waited for the home owners to unlock the house, he was already walking the parameter of the house & gathering data. Wasting no time, he even had the roof inspected. Although he was busy with the inspection he patiently answered all our questions. His report clearly displayed content, cmbined with photographs.
It was a pleasure working with Jack. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
