I went in to get a business account and was approved for credit and that was great and I thank Staples for that. Thats not why they get 3 stars, they get 3 stars because of the customer service and that I was there for way to long waiting on the printing person. Instead of helping me out and letting me get to shopping she kept helping everyone that walked up. She would put me aside and I would wait for 10 or so minutes while she helped the other people. Then she would come back to me and then repeat the process. Well, in doing so she jacked up my order and had to throw away 5,000 cards because she wasn’t paying attention. I got a slightly damaged file cabinet that they had 4 of and when I got it home it didn’t have any handles in it. When I called, the guy on the phone was rude and acted like he didn’t even care about what was going on. I don’t mind something being slightly damaged, but no handles, um, thats a bit different. Again, it was the lousy customer service that got them 3 stars.

Customer service is really really bad. I actually bought color copy paper from this place to make my own copies at their center. Bottom line, they treat you like an idiot, don’t want to help you and really all around make you feel like you are a big bother. If you are in the mood to get insulted and waste a bunch of time, come here.

Horrible service. Dont try to get anything done at the print shop because they will just tell you to do it online. Ive been coming here at least 2 times a week. Whats the reason having a store if you cant provide me any service in person. Just have a online store and save money on having a store. Horrible.

I KNOWIT’S LONG… BUTANGELEARNEDIT! I live LITERALLY around the corner from this staples… due to the combination of convenience and my OUTOFCONTROL addiction to office supplies I am here often. The majority of the staff here have been pleasant but I have never felt like anyone has gone out of their way to be exceptionally helpful… until tonight that is. After having issues with my printer at home I figured it would be easy to send my items online and go pick them up… or so I thought. Long story short I got there and they were nowhwere to be found. The girl working the print department was very accommodating and gave me another option. While I was working on emailing my items over to the store email she started to have a HUGE line build up that just wouldn’t stop. I told her not to worry about me I was in no rush and to go ahead and help everyone, I even tried to lighten her load by helping an older woman in the self service area. By the time she was finished I had ended up figuring out a way to do it myself at the self service computer(way more expensive than just prints btw). She walked over and told me not to leave when I was finished and to come see her. She ended up refunding the money I had spent on the self service! She even gave me some extra of my copies that she had accidentally made too many of! I thanked her and told her she really didn’t need to do that! She thanked me for being so patient and I told her I know how it is(I have been in customer relations for about 10 years). I let her know she handled it all like a boss. ****** I was having a bad day dealing with way too many things on my plate and in a short period of time and with great customer service she turned it all around. THANKYOUANGEL! Myself being in management for so long, you are exactly the kind of person we want interacting with customers! If I could steal you I would haha(don’t worry staples I work independently now)

Terrible customer service in the printing department. They were unprofessional and slow working when there was a line of people waiting.

This is for the copy center only — I use them all the time for work and each time I’ve had a very positive, quick, and affordable experience. Zac(copy & print supervisor) is a rock star. He just redid my poster several times(because a portion of the file wasn’t loading properly) to ensure it was correct. Even with several other customers that he was helping simultaneously, I felt I got great customer service.

The BEST office supply chain for back to school deals. They don’t make you hunt all around the store to find the super cheap weekly deal, and they are in stock. Some require a minimum purchase but that can be easily achieved with their free after rebate deals. Their easy rebates really are easy. Just go to their website, type in the number on your receipt, boom the money is in your paypal account. I have racked up tons of free paper to donate to my kids’ schools.

I was sent to this store by another store as I was searching for my L Desk. These associates were so helpful and nice. He had to do a long search. I was helped right away after entering the store. They loaded my item for me. Even though this store is further for me to drive to, I really was impressed with this service. They did a great job.

Staples is usually my one-stop shop for school supplies. I usually pick up notebooks, pens, a binder, pencil lead, and binder paper. Last year I really loved their eco-friendly binder paper. This year they didn’t have any. Booooooooooooooooo. I at least found the rest of my supplies including some awesome new Pilot pens, but still the fact that I didn’t get my usual paper(a must for any college student) made the trip a little disappointing. Shame on you, Staples.
