Having looked all over for the perfect truck to pull a 40′ 5^th wheel, we were fortunate enough to find it at Palms Auto Sales. Funding was iffy due to our escrow closing and my deposit was extended twice for us so we could eventually get the truck. Others wanted it while we were in a holding pattern, and they had every right to sell it but they held true to their word. They even sweetened the deal by throwing in a few extras. Lance Waage… superb salesman! Honest, with integrity. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was so scared to visit a Used car lot to buy something but the customer service here is awesome. Its a family run operation with great inventory and no pressure sales. I purchased my Duramax here about 2 weeks ago and I’m loving every second of driving it. My only regret is that they just picked up a white GMC Denali Diesal That is absolutely beautiful and I’m considering purchasing that one and giving the one I just bought to my father. Great dealership ran by friendly people. Will definently recommend to all my friends and family.

Went in to look around for a used car for work and was immediately greeted by someone who asked if I needed help. One of the guys that works there generally talked to my girlfriend and I about how they have more inventory not on the lot and can locate any vehicle we wanted even though it is not on site. I ended up going back and fourth from the 2013 RAM 1500 Hemi to the 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. I liked the styling of the Silverado a little more, however I ended up negotiating the RAM truck at a way better deal than I expected and the process took less than an hour for me to drive off the lot. I would definitely consider them for a future car as they are more competitive than a dealership and have more credibility than buying off Craigslist.

Worst service ever. Bought a vehicle back in July and it’s now January. They have been giving me the run around regarding my listens plates which I was charge for and nothing, I have reported them to BBB. Do not recommend.

So iv been looking for a truck for the past 6 months and have had a lot of dealer sales guys shy me away or don’t take the time to help me find what I was looking for.(btw I’m not the easiest to work with) After searching the Internet I found one at palms, was very surprised on the patience elie had Givin me! It was painless fun, I love that there family owned the dad and mom were there which made it feel comfortable and there hilarious. I had a lil issue with the tire and steering no questions asked they fixed it. I understand no car is perfect when your buying a used car or truck but they stepped up and wanted me happy! I find it hard to believe the one stars that the people below gave? Some people are never satisfied no matter hard you try to accommodate there issues! Palms Def has for me and my friends. iv since then sent 5 people and all are happy! If want a low pressure type of buying experience go see Elie at palms.

Had a great experience. Went in later in the evening and met with Lance. Asked about one of the trucks and he provided all the info I needed and off I went for the test drive. Once I came back Lance made everything about buying and financing very clear, and made my families buying experience perfect. Thank you for making things easy and getting my family in our new truck.

This place sold me a truck that needed $ 7000 worth of work! Had the truck for only a month, and it was it the shop more than it was in my drive way! Drove it for 4 days before the check engine light came on. I called them up and they told me they would take care of it… Great right? No. They threw a part on it, «thinking» that would solve the issue. It didn’t. It ended up needing all 6 injectors. Long story short they stole money that was supposed to come back to me, sold me a bum truck, lied, and never returned phone calls. The only reason I have 1 star is because they did take the truck back. But like I stated before, I had a sum of money coming back and they illegally kept money that was supposed to be returned. Do not buy from Palms. Look up cypress auto in auburn. They were partners. Read their reviews. Same people!
We should have walked away for the start. Over all horrible buying experience.

Great experience very nice guys. We bought a Ford Truck we are so happy with it. We got it for a great price and they fixed everything we wanted fixed. Family owned business great people.

Found the truck I was looking for here so drove 2 hrs to pursue a purchase. I had a trade-​in with offers from other dealerships. They squeezed me on both ends, but close enough since the truck was perfect for my needs. One issue apparent at the time of sale was the tire pressure monitor system indicator light was on. John told me this must be a battery issue on the sensors. Of course it was not. $ 300 later to replace bad sensors. But I would have been happy with this, my first time towing with it the check engine light came on. Chevrolet told me it was several things, bad fuel injector and an EGR issue which would take 12 hrs in labor just to get to the issue to really find out what was going on. (I will be getting a second opinion) But Citrus auto sales is every bad story about a used car dealer come true! Avoid or thoroughly inspect the vehicle before buying.

Palms auto sales had a truck I had been looking for. I went to palms looked at the truck, test drove it, and basically told them I would take it. Gave them all my info for financing and they said give them a hour and he would call me with the results… I never heard back from them… I know I was able to get a loan because I have since bought a more expensive truck and have a credit score close to 800. I’m pretty bummed and very unimpressed at their lack of customer service. Especially to someone ready and willing to buy a truck that had been sitting on the lot for some time.

Last week I went into Palms Auto Sales to purchase my new Dodge Cummins. I wanted to wait a week to write this review to make sure the whole process was good. Well… it was AMAZING. Such an amazing group of people that helped me get my truck. The whole process was easy and they didn’t push me into buying anything. The owner even told me to make sure to look at my other options so that I am happy with my decision. Well I was VERY happy and want to thank them again.

Wow. I can not believe they were ever trying to close a deal asking my husband first thing before the shake of a hand where he works and his annual salary. My black husband was looking to buy our oldest daughter a car but not by them since obviously they found it much more interesting to offend even though we have a 6digit salary. So jokes on them. I would say they are extremely racist. Never judge a book by is cover. Black men work just as hard as others. The owner really needs to move to Ferguson Missouri where his points of view are the norm. What an idiot. I mean I could have stereo typed him and asked where the slurpee machine was. Lmfao
