Nail Touch

Lisa is great! She’s been doing my nails for a bout a year now and she is very meticulous so I love my nails every time! She doesn’t speak much English but she is very sweet and does a wonderful job every time!

Lady was nice… but my nails looked terrible. Spaces not filled. Nails cut crooked. Not the design i wanted at all! I tried to be nice and asked her if i could come back another day to fix them because i had already been there so long. She did say yes. But later after looking at them they were absokutely terrible. I called amd asked for a refund. I had paid 45! She told me she would give me 15 bucks back! uh no! She kept saying i tell u i fix i tell u o fix. I told her no. I want my money back im not happy and i have to go elsewhere to get them re done. Started telling me that she will give me 30 back. Um again… no! Then she says 35 because her bank will charge her. Not my problem! Finally after arguing with her i agreeded. 35 is better than nothing i guess. When i got there she was waiting outside the salon… like she didnt want me inside. And by the way i was as polite as i could be over the phone. Terrible customer service. I will never return

I don’t know how this place got such great reviews. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. First the «massage» chairs don’t work… the girl who started the pedicure barely did anything to my toes. Then an older woman came over and did everything over without me saying anything… While she did that the younger one started my manicure. Then the older lady took over on my manicure but had the younger lady attempt to draw my snowflake I requested on my nail. Fail! I walked out with wet nails that they said were dry and now my thumb is smudged. I honestly think I’ll just do my own next time.

Nothing special here. Had a pedicure that started out with barely warm water that barely covered my feet and quickly grew cold. Nothing was added to the water for a pleasant soak or scented experience.
No one spoke directly to me. The person who did my nails stared away, outside, the entire time and never spoke a word. Her utensils were laid out on a towel when she began. When she finished my pedicure, she rolled the cabinet with tools over to the next customer. I observed her washing her hands at the sink and washing (!!) the cuticle scissors at the same time. Nothing else was removed or sanitized before starting the next pedicure. The water was drained from the soaking tub but no cleaning or scrubbing took place.
When my pedicure was done, she said nothing, just moved to the next customer. The older woman (as noted in other reviews) helped me with my sandals and took my payment. A very impersonal place of business.

I went in today to get a gel manicure with a freehand design on my ring finger. The design was not an easy one and Lisa said it was too difficult but Loann did it with ease. She did a better job than I could imagine and I’m a perfectionist. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we weren’t helped until 30 mins after our appointment. They are nice once you get talking to them. I think the only reason they would come off as rude is because they are focused. I’m definitely coming back but probably on a less busy day next time.

I got my nails done here today, by Lisa, she is great! I got a pink and white set and she was such a perfectionist about my nails!
I highly recommend her, she is my new nail lady now!

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL! I had called in to make an appointment for 6:30. So I show up at salon at 6:20, door is locked but the open sign is on. So I pull on the handle and a lady comes to the door and asks me what I want? I told her I had an appointment at 6:30, she has the nerve to tell me to come back at that time and shuts the door on my face! Talk about very rude!!! I took my business elsewhere!

I went in on 10/​19/​2013 and I have to say I had an AWESOME nail technician. Her name is Lisa, and I was impressed. She rocks and did an amazing job. I had a mani/​pedi and did gel for my mani it turned out amazing. !! I have had it now for over 2 weeks and FINALLY chipped and I will be going back !
I am so impressed, nothing over the top alittle massage and cleaning, file, with a gel color I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I’ve been going to Loanne for over ten years… obviously for the same reason ALL her clients keep coming back. Perfect nails in record time. The best nail technician around, promise. She’s a busy lady, though, so make sure you book in advance.

I have never found a nail technician that I’ve stuck with. I’d always go to what ever shop was in the parking lot when I was running errands and they needed to be done. I had a terrible nail job at the beauty school across the street, so I did what? Went to the first nail salon I saw to get it fix, which happened to be nail touch.
Loann did my nails and they were amazing. Now I am a regular customer and always make and appoint to see her when I need to get them done again, You have to make an appointment, she is always booked because she is so talented. But what really impresses me is that she is so fast. She can do a fill or set of nails in roughly 45 mins. And she never minds the crazy stuff and designs and multliple colors that I ask her to do (but I make sure to tip better the crazier my request are, lol). Did I mention the salon is super affordable too? 5 stars all around.

When asked if I could use a Debit Card machine was down till maybe the next day! No Checks either! So I made an appt elsewhere! Tons of things to sell and buy with card services… BYE BYE

I have been coming here since Loanne moved here from Great Nails in Roseville. Loanne is the best manicurist in town!!! She never fails to give an awesome pedicure and most amazing manicures. If you want her to do your nails, call for appointment because she is usually busy.
Lisa is the other manicurist here. She does a very good job as well. You can’t go wrong with either lady. They both take pride in their work.
I will continue to be a customer here for many years to come!
