I am pleased to say Lowes mgr Lisa called me today and credited my account and apologized for delay I’m getting back to me. My opinion has changed for the better. Thank you lisa!

This location has terrible customer service! They always only have one cashier working whether it’s a busy Saturday morning or an averagely busy Tuesday night. Three times now my husband and I have spent hours filling up our cart with necessities only to have to leave frustrated from standing in line for 20+ minutes. The self checkout line worker is always unhelpful or rude as well, so having that line open is a complete waste, especially if you have small parts like sprinkler pvc pieces, nails/screws or plants. 3rd time is a charm for us, we will drive the additional 10 miles to Home Depot. NEVER going to this Lowe’s again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Everything you would expect for a home-improvement warehouse type store. Plenty of parking and the customer service is good also. The desk for professional services can get backed up though, knocked a star for that.

I love Lowes! While sometimes they can be slow to check out, the people are very helpful! I can come in and just describe what I am looking for and they point me in the right direction! I would add one thing. In the self check out, they should also have a handheld scanner like they do at the regular check outs. It would be easier to self check large items too bulky to pick up and scan! That’s it! Thank you!

I love this hardware and tool store. This is my go to shop. They are very organized and keep things in the same spot which is nice because I know where everything in the store is which makes shopping faster and easier.

This store is hit or miss with customer service lately it’s more miss than hit. A couple weeks ago I needed a piece of plywood, I needed it cut down but after searching the store for an attendant with no luck, I decided to forget it and cut it at home(kinda a pain) the cashier told me their saw has been broken for over 6 months so no one could have helped me anyway. Today I went there for several things. When I got to the store there were no carts available. Since there were no carts, I decided I’d just get some stain since that was my project for the day and forget the rest of my list of future projects. I had a question about the stain so I went to the paint center to ask. I made it obvious I needed assistance, after a few min with me being the only customer there and the two attendants walking past me several times I gave up and walked off. This place has lost me, it’s only a few blocks from my house that I am constantly upgrading and working on so their loss. Home Depot is a bit further away but I’m now loyal to a company that has some customer service skills. I went to Home Depot, they were much busier and able to help me. I won’t be back to Lowe’s even though it’s convenient to my home. Home Depot is the place to go.

Normally when shopping at this lowes the employees are nice and helpful today was the worst experience I ever had. The employees would not assist me when i asked for help and would only let one person help me who would ignore me and not help me but would help other people who walked up. All i wanted was to find a water filter for my refrigerator.

Though the employees aren’t always the most well informed and some who work in their departments don’t know how to answer questions, they’ve always refunded my purchases without hassle. Great prices. Almost as good as amazon.

They have lots of stuff and we did end up getting everything we needed… but it was hard to find employees to ask where various things were located. One guy was particularly unhelpful. He just wasn’t listening. We asked what size the screws were for grab bars. Without opening the box he grunted«inch and a half.» I told him diameter not length as my father wanted to purchase a drill bit to use on tile. He repeated the same answer and I repeated myself saying he didn’t understand. He opened the box then told us 1⁄8th inch like he had been saying that all along. We should have just opened the box.

I’ve done a ton of business with this Lowe’s, they have great customer service and are very helpful when searching for a product. I’d bought something that ended up having a dent in it and the manager called and resolved the problem over the phone, no hassle, no sweat. I have no problem recommending this store for all your DIY needs.

I called to see if they had an item in stock. First i got«Customer Service», HE transferred me to the department I needed. They didnt pick up so it went back to the«customer service», HE got attitude with me and instead of trying to help me further, HE said«let me put you on hold and get a manager» HE hung up on me. Called back, got the same GUY and he still had the same APATHETIC attitude and literally hung up on me. called back and asked for a manager directly and the manager didnt care about the terrible service i recieved. Dont go here

The Citrus Heights store. Love the line staff, but poorly managed! Buyer beware, manager wouldn’t price match on a major appliance even though I found on Lowes.Com webpage $ 200 cheaper than their store. Then I found same item at Elk Grove Lowe’s was $ 400 more. Offered to take a hundred bucks off. Things like this drive you away as a customer. It’s a busy store and they do not keep up on restocking things like pipe fittings, lumber, and electrical. Classic«I need three, they have two, but computer says they have ten», they just can’t find them. So you have to go two places. Just go to the Folsom store, or the Rancho Store, better stocking, nicer managers, easier parking and staff is not so overwhelmed. Save yourself the headaches. Still better than Home Depot…

Went here because Lowe’s is supposed to be known for good customer service. Definitely not the case here. I waited for over 10 for someone to help me in the hardware section and only got helped after pressing the help button, calling the store, then calling again to ask for a manager. She came over helped me find one thing then moved on to another customer when I still needed assistance. I will not be returning to this location.

Ive always come here for a certain item and I usually can find it here. Have items stocked is a major concern of mine and ive had great experience here at This location. Im usually in a hurry but I do get little upset when there isn’t enough help at registers. They do have self checkout which is great. The garden center lines can get long depends on time of year. Will return

First off let me say that I love Lowe’s home improvement store and typically prefer going there for my DIY home improvement projects over other similar home improvement stores. That being said, this store location seems to fall short in that category. I’m not sure why because this Lowes is located in a great location but the store is generally disorganized and looks a bit run down and messy. I’ve also had a harder time getting assistance at this location. It just seems like people aren’t there or they walk on by. It’s not bad but there’s nothing great. The plants in the garden center are seriously lacking and most look completely dried up or dead. The organization on the shelves throughout the store looks like certain items have been tossed and mixed up and thrown back on the shelves and although it’s not that big of a deal, the floor just doesn’t have that beautiful shine that most other locations always have. On the plus side, there is ample parking and the location is convenient if you’re just running in to grab what you need and go, but if you have the option, the Rancho Cordova store is much nicer.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this loves. It is close by my house, and has always had the products we have been looking for. During the summer, we get vegetables here to plant in our garden. They always have a nice selection and plants always look great. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff and my checkout was quick! I walked in looking for boxes and there was a very nice woman who helped me find them. This store only had self checkout when I was there which was kinda hard to do with a whole bunch of boxes but the very nice woman who was in charge of all the self checkouts helped me out! Thanks to her I was in and out pretty quick! I recommend this store because of their helpful staff and quick service!

I found myself at Lowes to pick up some bags of bark during one of their many 5 for $ 10 sales. I placed my order online for the bark and went to pick everything up at the customer service desk in the store. I walked up to the desk and luckily there was no line so I was able to walk right up. The customer service associate was having trouble finding my order(my last name is different and didn’t find it on my credit card) but she was able to pull it up by looking at all online orders. About an hour had elapsed from when I placed the order to when I got to the store to pick everything up, and so I expected the bark to be sitting in a shopping cart behind the desk(it was only 5 bags) so I could just wheel it out to my car and go. I guess they keep larger orders in the back room so she was trying to find someone to bring my order out but was having trouble finding someone. She finally directed me over to the garden registers to have someone grab 5 bags off the floor and load them into my car. Ugh. Wouldn’t I have just purchased the bags in the store if I wanted to go traipsing around? Not a very effective store pick up process. I do enjoy this store for their garden center because they always have good house plants that are in great health and a nice selection of succulents and other plants outside. It’s also never too busy with easy parking and short lines. Wahoo!

Awful customer service. Do not come to this location unless u know EXACTLY what you need and do not need to ask questions. Staff is either totally nowhere to be found(it’s not their department in case you didn’t know) or they are completely worthless and rude. Even though this location is minutes from my house– if I need real help I would rather drive out to Roseville Lowes to get good customer service. And forget about making a return or exchange here. They find the grumpiest girls to work the customer service desk who talk smack about the customer in front of you they just helped as if you are invisible! And then with a line out the door they disappear to go put something back(hey genius that can wait!) and there is never any back up. RIDICULOUS.
