This is mine and my boyfriends go-to pizza place. Decent prices and really yummy pizza. We’ve never tried anything other than the pizza but I’ve been wanting to. The guy on the phone when you call ALWAYS has a weird attitude, as you can tell by many of the reviews, but he is actually a really nice guy when you see him in person for pick up, he always engages in friendly conversations with us. We always just get Hawaiian or 3 meat pizza. It’s consistently good pizza!

This place is horrible! Husband got off late from work it was about 10:30PM on a Saturday night, and he was not in the mood for fast food like Taco Bell or Mc Donalds. Those are usually the only places that are open at that time of night and he wanted a sandwich. So I suggested that he should try this place. They are open late and make hot pastrami sandwiches which are my Hubby’s fav! So he called in the order for just the hot pastrami sandwich, they told him it would be ready in 15 min. No problem at all, I even asked my hubby was the person answering the phone rude or lack customer service skills. I asked him this because a ton of Unilocal reviews mentions horrible phone etiquette, but good food. He said there were no issues with phone etiquette. He arrives there and the sandwich was hot and ready and they were polite to him as well. Well he eats half of his huge sandwich and the bread was pale and soggy along with the produce. The pastrami he said tasted a little off… but he was so tired he finished eating half of the sandwich anyways… Thinking maybe it tasted a little off because of the soggy bread and produce. Guess what… 30 min later after eating the sandwich my husband became pretty ill. Not going 2 go into details but we all know the symptoms of food poisoning. The food poisoning symptoms lasted 14 hrs, so I know it was not the stomach flu, AND that was the only thing he had to eat that whole day. So I went to Italian Brothers today with the other half of the sandwich and told the guy at the counter all of this. The guy at the counter 1st tells me he can’t help me until is brother is back. I asked him when would he be back, guy told me at 6pm. I told him that I would not be able to come back at 6 and if he could pls give his brother my name and phone number so he could call me later. Then he proceeds to tell me that the pastrami meat could not be bad because they just got a new shipment of pastrami yesterday. Oh then he wanted to see paperwork from a hospital showing that it was their pastrami that made him sick. I told the guy that I didn’t take him to the hospital because I was a Nurse and I knew how to treat him without having to pay a huge hospital bill. Then he says, well if someone has food poisoning the hospital checks the meat in a lab to prove its bad. I told him No they don’t, but Sacramento county health department does, and my father worked for sac county food & health department for several years. So instead of refunding me a measly 7 bucks, I am going to drag this out and take the sandwich to sac county health and food department where they can test it. Then when I get the results back I will take Italian Bros to small claims court and get a lot more money back then 7 bucks. Yes this may seem like extreme measures, but this REALITALIAN holds grudges when you hurt me or my friends and family. Plus I really want the food to get checked out by the health and food department because I honestly don’t want anyone else to become sick from their food. Look at the pastrami sandwich food pics that I posted, anyone can see that the meat, produce and bread is horrible low quality. Do your self a favor and find a different pizza place so you don’t get food poisoning as well.

My experience was not good! White sauce was spoiled and ranch was spoiled. I can’t believe they would serve it. Ewe! I jus called them to give them feedback not even complaining and the guy hung up on me. Not even a sorry or anything. Wow I take that a terrible service and pizza itself isn’t that good.

Alright. alright…already…the order taker that answers the phone can be curt! Maybe because they are super busy making the most awesome calzones overflowing with ricotta cheese! Their meatballs are bomb and I’m going to try their raviolis soon! Their cheese bread is nothing, just hoagie roll halves with some cheese, not their forte, however, the calzones, and their pizzas with all the toppings are awesome and always delivered hot and fresh, driver leaves right when its done! Excellent pizza! Great delivery service, not so great phone order takers… but then again, I’m not trying to make friends… I’m trying to get great food… and they do that well!

I wish I could review the food but the man who answered the phone to take my order was so rude it didn’t get that far! Tip for the owner: Train your staff to not be rude and to at least pretend that they want business. If it was the owner who answered the phone: Hire someone to take your calls. Business will greatly improve.

Two things you need to know: 1– the guy answering the phone(usually) is an a** and doesn’t know how to speak to people. 2. The pizza and the delivery driver make that okay. Pizza is always amazing and hot, arrives in 30 – 45 minutes. It’s too bad the brothers can’t figure out which ones are good with people. Still my #1 pizza in town!

They charged me for food i did not get and the pizza was covered in grease it is so bad it is dripping off the pizza. i ordered the large italian style pepperoni. I can’t believe that it is so bad and greasy I can’t eat it. what a waste of $ 25.00 for the pizza a salad and the bread i didn’t get. When I talked with the owner about how greasy the pizza is he blamed the pepperoni. i know from experience(having co-owned a pizza restaurant and work in the restaurant business many times that quality pepperoni is not so greasy as to soak all the way through the pizza. This show that he is not buying quality ingredients. I sent it all back with one bite missing and he told me f off and never call him again, Like I would subject myself that kind of abuse. I am so disappointed with the lack of even mediocre restaurants in this town. What does it take for one good dependable restaurant to survive in Sacramento. It seems to me that we have been sold lousey and poor quality food for so long that we just accept it as the standard for the area. Hell even the high end(expensive) restaurants are serving mediocre food and just making it pretty or telling us it’s good cause it’s farm to fork. So what it is all farm to fork people.

This place is awesome. My favorite thing to get is the pizza sandwich where you can choose your own toppings. The sausage is great and not like the super processed stuff at other pizza places. It’s one of those hole in the wall places that definitely leaves you surprised and satisfied!

Overall the pizza was really good. On the other hand, I learned a valuable lesson: do not order for a delivery from here on a Friday!!! I had to call twice, albeit, they warned me it would be an hour, thinking it was worth the wait, it took an hour and twenty minutes and the cheese was beginning to marbleize. Kids were happy it just arrived.

My favorite pizza by far. no one comes close! Their calzones are unbelievable and my teenagers love the spaghetti/ravioli combo! Portions are generous. Everything tastes authentic and their chocolate mouse cake is sinful!

I drive past this place everyday and decided to give it a try. The customer service on the phone were terrible but they were nice ones I got there. We ordered a chicken bacon artichoke pizza large and came out to be $ 23. The pizza was more like chicken, barley any bacon, artichoke, tomatoes, mushrooms, pineapple pizza. We didn’t want that extra stuff. So after I picked all the stuff I didn’t want the pizza was great! We may be back making sure we are super clear about what we wanted so we don’t have to spend $ 23 on a pizza we don’t like.

So I tried this place under recommendation from a friend. I’ve been wanting to try it a while and saw the hot stuffed sandwich my friend had and so I decided it was time to give it a go. Made a pretty large order(hot wings, jalapeño poppers, a hot stuffed sandwich –roast beef, a salad, a carnivor calzone, a ravioli, and a chicken BBQ sandwich. Everything was huge portions, these are some of the best wings I’ve ever had, little fat, and the sandwich was amazing!!! Best roast beef I’ve had in a loooong time. Homemade pasta for the ravioli and it tasted like homemade sauce. And the medium calzone looked like it was a medium pizza folded over. I’m really impressed with this place and will be ordering from there again. And they brought me my order ten minutes ahead of schedule and they apologized for any delay there might be over the phone when I was ordering., everyone whose close by definitely needs to try them and they’ll be won over. I promise. It’s so good and I look forward to ordering again soon.

Small family owned take out pizza and bad phone etiquette throws you off at first. But the guy is actually very friendly enough to want to come back to see him. I ordered garlic pizza and I must say it was the best one I had in a long time. I usually leave the crust and give to the dogs but I ate the whole thing! I will definitely try other pizza and pasta here.

Absolutely the best takeout pizza I’ve had. I have a feeling this place is going to be big soon. They used to have mushroom Alfredo pizza, that was absolutely the best pizza I ever had. There over the phone customer service came off a little rude but I think it’s just there cultural, in person the guy answering The phones was actually an awesome person.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I knew to order right. I had been at a party Friday night where they must have ordered at least $ 500 worth of Pasta dishes from Italian Brothers. What most impressed me were the meatballs and Garlic Bread. My husband didn’t go to the party so the next night we carried out Meatballs, Garlic Bread and the Antipasta Salad. It was a great dinner. Everything was made from scratch including the meat sauce which was heaven Other reviews are correct when they say the employees seem a bit rude. I don’t think its intentional but never-the-less. Maybe someone could teach them to be a bit nicer on the phone

The Chicken Garlic(add bacon) is the best fast food pizza I have ever had. The owner is really kind and from his conversations with other customers you can tell he has a lot of repeat customers. Forget all the other chain pizza places, this is the only place I’ll buy pizza from!
