Excellent customer service. A few years ago I transferred all of my accounts from a different State Farm agent to Greg Polley. Greg and his staff are super personable and have always treated me like family. I really like his style– he helped me understand exactly what sort of coverage was right for me, but he is not a pushy salesman like others I have experienced in the past. I feel like I have someone on my side, and it is good to know that I didn’t end up with a bunch of insurance that I didn’t need. Overall he has made my insurance experience a breeze.
