I’m sorry for those folks that had a bad experience. But I have been doing business with Nick for years and I have never I mean never ever experienced any issues with timeliness. He speaks fast and you need to listen. If you are a poor listener then take a pen and note pad. He is a busy guy but knows his stuff! Go to a lawyer with a fancy degree and he will give you less information charge you more and you want to talk about not getting a phone call back… well they definitely don’t give a dam and will charge you by the minute anytime you call. Nick works hard and has given me information without charging me a cent. I have delt with him on many legal issues and he’s amazing and I wouldn’t go to anyone else even if I had the money for a high flying attorney he’s the only one I trust!

I have to agree he was very quick to return my call and get my money but after giving him the paperwork he was hard to get a hold of and when I finally did reach him and pick up my paperwork he barley explained to me how to fill out or anything he was very rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend him at all and also would just pay that extra to have someone else file for you. I’m honestly surprised he has not been reported I’m almost tempted to ask for my $ 150.00 back.

I contacted Nick by phone from out of state to handle my divorce. Within 3 days, I received the preliminary divorce papers. I sent them back signed and with a check for $ 325. A month later, I received the second set of divorce papers, signed them and sent them back. It has been just over 2 months and I have received the final divorce order signed by the judge and just have to wait for it to be final. He doesn’t call you a lot, but he is doing his job. He is thorough and did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Nick!

This guy Nick is quick to return my initial call for consult and promised he would have my custody paperwork done in 1 – 2 days. After taking my info he took my $ 325 and sent me out the door. It is now March 13, 2015 and Placer County Court Family Law clerks said they have not received any mail or paperwork and my info is not in the system! Don’t trust this man, he wouldn’t return my calls or text messages and it’s been 5 days. He is dealing with time sensitive matters and can care less.

This guy is horrible, unprofessional and I was told by a attorney he should be under the supervision of an attorney. He took my money real fast but over a month later I’m still waiting on my services. He said he would complete the job however it was going to cost me an additional $ 100 which was never disclosed when I 1st went into the office. He shouldn’t be able to do business at all, arrogant, chalky man!

Nick took care of my child custody/​support paperwork. He made it so easy and his customer service is very professional. Everything was done in a very timely manner. He even filed the paperwork for me to change my court date when I had previous arrangements schedule for the original scheduled court date. I have and will be referring my family and friends to Nick and his business. Absolutely the place to go for paralegal service!

Before you spend your money here, think again. I used this guy and his service is TERRIBLE!!! He did not complet the paperwork, for my case, correctly or timely. He said he was going to refund my money and I had to literally harrass him for 3 weeks to do that. He is not a very good paraleagl and I am going to also file a complaint aganist him with the State as well as contacting CBS channel 13, Call Kurtis. I suggest you go somewhere else.
