All I look for in a mechanic is someone who is honest.
I went in expecting to pay 2 to 5 hundred on a new alternator. Turns out the connector on my battery I replaced myself was done poorly, and Michale the mechanic there fixed it.
He only charged for 1 hour of labor.
A lot of places would have charged me for the new alternator, wiring, labor, and possibly a new starter.
I’m extremely grateful to find such an honest mechanic so close to my house, and I will be going back for the foreseeable future.

Once again — these guys were recommended to me by several people who take all their cars here.
They’ve done major work one one of my vehicles when a place called Justin’s incompetent dudes screwed up my vehicle. Cracked block! Thanks to All Automotive for coming to my aid and instilling the kind of trust any person should have when it comes to auto repairs. They have done additional work on both vehicles — some very minor and some not.
PROS:
— Honest and so knowledgeable (they have serviced my VW Rabbit and Buick).
— Klondike the dog! He is their unofficial office greeter! bring a dog treat and he’ll be your best friend!
— Staff — Friendly guys — every last one of them — no matter how busy they are they take time out of their day to greet you and chit chat!
— Service — Will never up-​sale you on any service. If you need it now — they will tell you. If you need it in 6 months — you will get that answer. You can plan and time your repairs accordingly.
— Cost — Reasonable prices on all products they install on your vehicle. They search for the best price they can to save you money!
CONS:
— Busy — don’t expect a quick turn around if you have a last minute repair. They are always booked. The upside to this is being busy is a very good sign of quality and trust.
— Loaners — they don’t provide loaner vehicles so plan accordingly.
I trust both vehicles to them and am so happy and lucky to have found a trustworthy mechanic shop!

Best I have found in 70 yrs of life… they work on all my cars.

Places like this are a real find! These guys are old school in the best way. Although the shop is small, with no frills, don’t let appearance fool you. The customer service is excellent, the employees are friendly, upfront and honest regarding repairs. I recently had transmission work done here. Everyone I encountered was extremely upbeat, the repairs were done in a very timely manner and at the quoted price. Truly classy operation — They made me a repeat customer!
I highly recommend you give these guys a chance, you won’t be sorry.

I’ve known Gardiner since the 80’s. Co-​worker, friend, Best auto mechanic I’ve ever had work on any of my vehicles. Very knowledgeable, awesome personality. I’m a Gardiner fan as you can tell, I would highly recommend him for all automotive repairs. I have sent many people to him and everyone raves about the work he does. Word of mouth continues to climb.

Where do I start… LOVE these guys, TRUST these guys, what else can I say? Plenty! They always go out of their way to come to my rescue. Answer the phone, guide me on a car purchase, tell me the low down on my hooptie, Stop on a dime, drop everything for me and PLUS great conversations and friendships happen In between. This place is as good as it gets! All of the five star votes are 100% accurate. I took the chance with this shop not knowing what type of issue my truck had and never hearing about them. They explained everything to me until I understood what was going on and they gave me the different routes to take based on my budget. This shop is by far the best experience for those needing any type of car repair without a hassle. Thank you Gardiner and crew for the great and honest experience when I needed it the most.

Was referred here by a friend, Gardiner and Eric to real good care of me. What I was told at a different facility was not what the real problem was. They fixed the problem for a lot less and did a good job explaining what they were going to do. Customer service was great all around. Thanks for the help.

Gardiner is a great mechanic. Very knowledgeable and nice. Gives great car advice and is fairly priced. Got our Subaru running again. Woohoo! Highly recommend.
