I have 22 years of experience in the automotive industry. I started with Tires Plus in 1994 and worked up to managing my own store for about 10 years. I moved to Goodyear as a service manager for a year and then moved back with Tires Plus.

I can not say enough nice things about this place. Jesse is a great guy! Took care of us and our car. Took a stressful experience and made it much better. I know where I’ll be going the next time I need tires.

The guy behind the counter makes Hillary Clinton look like the Pope in regards to telling the truth with how long (time wise) your car will take. There was not a single customer, while I was there, that he didn’t BS big time. The frustrating part is he is so obvious that he does give one rip about lying right to your face.

Bought 2 new tires here because they had the cheapest ones. Turned out they didn’t even have them in stock like their website said they did, so I had to get more expensive ones. Took them and hour and a half to put those on, then they tried to tell me both of my tire rods were bad, and needed to be replaced. The cost? $ 420.
Too bad their neighbor checked it out and told me only one needed replacing, and for 4x cheaper.
The whole thing just reeked of dishonesty. Never going back again, and I suggest you don’t ever waste your time there.

Had a flat. Took it to Tires plus. Turned out to be a rim puncture so needed a replacement. They matched my specs with a used tire, which was great since I’ll be replacing all four this year. They mounted the replacement tire and got it back to me in an hour. I was pleased with the service.

Worse Customer Service EVER: a «15 minute warranty repair» on a tire we JUST BOUGHT last month, has now taken over an 1.5 hours. AND they are trying to find things to charge us, like a «bad lugnug» (um, why didn’t they find this bad lugnut last month??). And they continually «talk down to my wife» and tell her to «talk it over with her husband».
AND, just now informed us that we didn’t have a bad lugnut… no, they over torqued it and broke the shaft IN the lugnug…
And after 15 years of going to multiple Tires Plus, with multiple tires… why is it ALWAYS 100% a «nail» in my tire. That seems WAY too frequent to me.
Save your time, go somewhere else. (I didn’t even want to give them one star)
Update: it’s now going to take ANOTHER HOUR because they got the wrong Lugnug… we’re at four hours for what was supposed to be a quick fix…
