Food was good had sea food over rice. Nice portion, and very CLEAN. I will return when I’m in town. Wish they had a place in California. Even though it was late, the waitress and management were very polite. It took a while, but that’s ok, the food was good and fresh.

This was one of the worst establishments I ever ate at. I ordered a chicken philly cheesesteak wrap with a cup of chicken orzo on the side for dinner. The soup came and i had to eat around the chicken because it was discolored and tasted awful… this made me very nervous for the wrap. The table then received rolls that look crushed and were very bland. Finally the meal came and i looked down and the plate was swimming in grease. I took one bite and I swear the chicken tasted so awful and rotten i almost threw up immediately. I have never been so appalled by the quality of a meal before. I send it back because I knew if I took one more bite I would be severely ill because the chicken was that bad. I asked for a gyro wrap instead which was my other considered choice to order. I received the wrap and it was okay but they completey forgot the tzatziki sauce and the wrap was thrown together very sloppy. Only until I put the leftovers away into a take home box that I realized they used the same plate from before and barely wiped the ransid oil from the last wrap from the plate which pooled under my french fries. I ended up having to throw everything out when i got home because the oil tainted everything. Someone else at my table ordered desert and the cake was rock hard and he said it tasted bland and the texture was awful. There is a good chance I will get food poisoning tonight for a biting a wrap I patiently waited for and payed money for! The manager didnt even come over and talk to us to apologize! This place should be shut down! DONOTGOTOTHISRESTAURANT!

Salad with roasted chicken had little flavor, as did watery blue cheese dressing. French fries were underdone and almost white. Asked to upgrade soup to French onion, waitress said owner refuses to do that even if I paid the difference. Basically a mediocre lunch. Excellent server, though. The stubborn management need to wake up and be a bit more accommodating, as there are many other excellent places in the area to eat. Place was basically empty.

One of the newer diners in the area… Definitely one of the best. Huge portion sizes and fresh food. Nice waitresses… Quiet/medium noise at lunchtime. Decent looking early bird specials. Open 24⁄7. That’s how they roll!

Went here as a large party for lunch/brunch. This is my second time here– my first time we received great service, I ordered the spaghetti which has a large portion but I wasn’t really into the taste of the marinara sauce on it. Being previously disappointed by the spaghetti, I tried to order mac and cheese but was told that I wasn’t allowed because it was only on the kids menu and that they couldn’t make an adult option. After I was obviously disgruntled, the waitress asked for permission to serve me a kids dish and I was able to have mac and cheese, which was from a box and a small portion(I know it’s from the kids menu, but my little cousin had the kids menu spaghetti and it was huge). The mac and cheese came with a side of fries and there were more fries than mac. I also had mozzarella sticks, which were okay, and they came hot but the cheese inside wasn’t really hot, it didn’t do the gooey stretchy thing– and since I wasn’t a fan of the marinara on the spaghetti in my previous visit, I didn’t like it much with the mozz sticks. My sister had a salad(huge portion) such she enjoyed, my boyfriend had eggs over easy which he liked but said the toast was a little soggy. The service wasn’t bad except that I was nearly denied mac and cheese for being an adult. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again willingly but if I’m with a group I’d go again, and probably not order anything again that I’ve tried so far.

Stopped in after a funeral. They quickly set up an area to seat our group of 15. Service was pretty speedy. A variety of food was ordered by all. They brought out a few baskets of rolls, of which some had cream cheese inside. My soup came out first. I chose the chicken noodle, although they had a few choices to choose from. I ordered the«Texas» Burger which was a hearty meal for me and very tasty. It came with fries. Overall everything seemed to flow nicely. The waitress was very attentive during our stay. I’m sure I will return again.

Came with a group of family and friends of 13. They sat us rather quickly and were very attentive to our needs. Everyone ordered all levels of food from breakfast to sandwiches to full on meals. They did a good job of having everyone’s food ready at the same time and at good serving temperatures. If averaging the bill per person each meal was about $ 14. This price has the tip averaged in with the price. The waitress was very pleasant and quick to address our needs. Good place to go for large crowds and no time to do a reservation but note we did not go at dinner but did lunch.

I used to come here with a group of friends and the last time I ate there I had a terrible experience. I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was the worst meal I ever had from the way it looked to the consequences that happened when I ate it. The sandwich was burnt and the bread was stale as well. I took a few bites and I immediately felt like I was going to throw up. Later that night I felt sick all night because of that sandwich. My experience was a few months ago during summer with this restaurant as I haven’t been back since. I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this but the meal I was served here was unacceptable.

The menu is similar to what you would find in any Jersey Diner– eggs, waffles, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes and so on. I went with the pork roll and egg sandwich which was served with a side of home fries. The sandwich was good– two eggs and two slices of pork roll. The home fries were ok– I would have liked them a little browner. While at the Jersey Diner, I had the pleasure of sitting in Corey’s section. He was a great waiter. He was attentive with the drinks, quick to bring out our order and smiling the entire time.

Well Well Well I Promised The Manager of 1 of Best Jersey Diners in South Jersey in My Humble Opinion That I’d Post A Review on Unilocal & He Was Excited! So I Surveyed the 7 – 8 Page Menu For Favorite Meals Enjoyed As A Young Adult & Saw More Than A Few That Had Me Salivating As I Arrived Famished For Real. So Actually Tried Something New That Stood Out & About 24 Hrs Later Now Eating the Leftovers Total Impressed By Quality, Quantity & Value of Our Meals. I Went With the Chicken Pasta Italiano Which Combined An Impressive Group of Fresh Ingredients Like Artichokes(Initial Draw), Spinach & Peppers with Huge Chunks of Perfectly Prepared Chicken Was Huge. Mom Went With Salmon That She Enjoyed As Well. Job Well Done ‘Jersey Diner’ Definitely Will Return To Enjoy My Old Favorites.

I’d give zero stars if I could for service at 12:30am. The diner was virtually empty with one guy in a booth, and another at the counter. I was hungry for breakfast and ordered 2 boxes of raisin bran, 2 eggs easy over, whole wheat toast and a side of bacon. What a disgusting mess. The bacon was burned and looked like it had been sitting for quite a while. I asked the waitress to please exchange for fresh bacon. I could see the cook saying no, he won’t do it(names himself chef-sky. Thinks it’s cute. He should have worn a red rubber nose and clown shoes since that was his behavior). They exchanged for slightly better looking bacon that was refrigerator cold, and smelled like it. I asked the waitress to warm it for 10 seconds in the microwave. At least it was now cooked. The home fries were burned and stuck together in lumps. If I’m going to leave my home, pay $ 16 for bacon, eggs, and home fries(a weeks worth of the same grocery items, with a loaf of bread, a dozen eggs, pack of bacon, jelly, and butter to stock) they should at least prepare it fresh. Get rid of the slug too lazy to work the kitchen! He took the time to come out, pour himself a cup of coffee and take his time pouring in two creamers with no rush or care in the world. Comb your hair you slob! You can’t make a fresh breakfast with no one in the diner???

It’s sad that the very essence of diner food is breakfast… fast…hot…fresh…and cheap. has disappeared in South Jersey. Most of the diners in Burlington County blow! Yes, you can drive to the far end to Mastoris’s in Bordentown but they ain’t cheap. But they are good I will defend them and give praise. But this diner should have it’s namesake revoked! They screw up. Breakfast…Lunch…Dinner They can’t keep good servers. They all leave.

This is a late review as the last time I was here was over a year ago. I ordered a Giro. Not too much to ask for. The Giro came on a large plate. With the Giro was a very wet salad. Consequently, the dressing from the salad, oil and vinegar, washed over to the Giro right next to it, making the pitta soggy and disgusting. When I tried to pick the Giro up, it just fell apart in one big soggy mess. When I pointed it out to the manager he was ‘surprised’. What kind of idiot puts a wet salad on the same plate as a Giro? I walked out. BTW: This place is owned by the same people that own the Sage Diner Restaurant on Rt. 73 in Mount Laurel, another mediocre diner.

I never call when service is good and always commend when good. But when I placed a phone order the waitress constantly ignored me and interrupted me that’s why she got my order wrong. Since when does dark toast mean lightly toasted rye? And since when does well done mean lightly cooked and when does strawberries and whipped cream on side mean leave the strawberries with the waffle? Soggy undercooked food and poor service just means lack of respect for customers. I basically got laughed at by the owner when I called back he asked me sarcastically did I really want a free meal for not well done home fries? And was like I’ll give you 20%. I laughed like that does nothing for me. Then he was like this is not let’s make a deal. I was appalled by his speech and the way he handled the situation.

Place is newly remodeled and our waitress, Lee, was attentive. I had the yummy challah French toast and my wife had the Irish omelet. Bacon cooked to perfection.

First visit was okay so I decided to come back a second time because I had liked their disco fries. The service this time was horrible. The waitress wasn’t rude just had poor manners. As I was ordering she said«oh god» under her breath and I looked up and saw she was staring out the window at customers walking in. When we were finished placing the order she said she apologizes her service might be a little slow or too fast because was the only one on that night(at least she made us aware). My friend ordered an omelette without certain things(i.e. peppers, mushrooms). Food was brought out and the omelette was filled with everything he had asked not to have. A few minutes later she came over to our table and said she mixed up our orders and took his plate away. My meal came with a soup that was ordered and never brought out and we debated back and forth on asking her for it because we felt bad. It honestly wasn’t that busy maybe 4 tables in the section very quiet but throughout our visit we felt bad asking her to refill our waters or for napkins because we felt like we were bothering her. As for the food– I had ordered a cheesesteak wrap. Which was actually pretty good until I noticed a hair in the meat. Then we were ready to go. I assume it was the manager or owner who was checking us out and asked how everything was and said I seemed unhappy so I told him about the hair and he offered me a free bakery item but I told him it was fine. He said he would take $ 4 off of our bill(bringing it to $ 36) and said maybe when the girl was bringing the food out her hair fell in it. However the waitress had long brown hair pulled in a pony tail and the hair was mixed in with the meat inside of the wrap. I did look over at the kitchen and saw that the person making the food was a male with short black hair, similar to the one found in my food. The diner overall is very nice in appearance so I give it a star for that but this visit ruined it for me. Won’t be back.

Awesome diner! The only good thing Jersey has going for it is cheap gas and amazing diners(sorry Jersey people. I guess). We had amazing service from our waitress(don’t remember her name) and our food was superb, especially for a diner. The women’s restrooms are also decked out, diva style.

I am very critical of restaurants and I was super pleased with this(24 hour) diner. We are newish in town and had gone to Route 130 Diner before trying this out and this place blows Rt 130 Diner out of the water(Rt 130 is super old, cheap looking and food was blehhhh). First, the food was great! My husband and I love eggs benedict and normally diners cannot make it right. Granted the eggs didn’t have that poached roundness but I didnt care it still tasted so good! The disco fries were delish as well. It was 12:30 am and the fries tasted like it was just made instead of old stale ones. The manager(struck up a convo with him) said anything anyone wants they can always order. You can make up your own dish if you want as long as they have the ingredients! I actually didnt know this before ordering and I had asked if they do eggs benedict bc I didnt see it on the menu and the waitress said yes(she was very attentive btw)
Secondly, no money was spared with the construction of this place. You can tell the owner went all out in furnishing and decorating the place. Granite tabletops! Check out the womens bathroom! It was so nice and new I had to ask them how long they were open or when did they remodel. They said they have been open just over 1 year… Bottom line: GOHERE

I like the jersey diner for a few reasons. First the staff is always friendly and hard working, you never have to wait to long for a refill or for your food. The staff is also friendly in the sense where they will talk to you about your day and such while still being courtesy and professional which is always a plus. As far as the food goes I have had a few different items from here and I have to say they are all really good. If you are a health nut like me as well I can say they do have some healthy items so it is a place to consider coming to eat. If not they have a lot of items to fulfill your sweet tooth as well as your junk food tooth. This place is also really not that expensive very reasonably priced so you won’t spend a fortune coming here to eat. So come check this place out and get something you eat. I will be back soon you can count on that.
