Just don’t. Horrible service. Cooks were clueless and didn’t appear to care for cleanliness. Everyone was waiting over 30 minutes and were at an airport. One waitress that was beyond frustrated with the kitchen staff. Would eat two bags of corn nuts from the airport before thinking of going back. Wolfgang puck should be horrified that his name is on this place.

I’m compelled to write this as the food here is terrible and of poor quality. Even for Sysco-type food. Wolfgang Puck should be embarrassed to have his name associated with this crap. I had the forgettable chicken salad with cabbage and pickled ginger, cashews and wontons. Well, it did had cabbage but also«white» lettuce that was devoid of any«green» color whatsoever. I don’t think this was their intention. White cabbage — sure. What’s worse is this salad seemed to be pulled from a case. The cashews were«limp» and I’d even describe them as «flaccid». This is what 1960’s Soviet-era food must’ve tasted and looked like. I’d skip Pucks and get a shitty day-old sandwich at one of the other vendors. Otherwise, you’ll overpay for a shifty and disgusting salad. Wolfgang is, in my opinion, ca$hing it in on this one and doesn’t give a rats ass about quality at this location. Be glad you got 2 stars!!!

Tortilla soup was basically tomato paste with 2 avocado pieces and some tortillas strips. I then had a tomato pesto mozzarella sandwich– average at best… Tomatoes were small«plastic tasting». I would expect more from Wolgang Puck even if it is an airport joint. Never again!

My expectations from a Wolfgang Puck restaurant is great food and service. You will not find either here. The food was passable for airport food. The service was horrible. there were four tables with diners. The waitress was hard to find. Once she arrived we were treated with how much she hated living in the area. She wanted to go back to California. She only returned to the area when she needed to earn money to live in California. I think she needs to find a job in California. My advice is that you find another restaurant at CV

Stop by before my flight to nyc for a quick dinner and didn’t expect much. The service was great! With a really nice server. The food on the other hand was not a lot to write home. I ordered the burger and it didn’t fee very fresh nor the bun or the fries and was definitely wasn’t worth the $ 14 it cost.

We’ve only been sitting here for 35 minutes waiting for our side Caesar salad, not to mention our main entrees. This is in a slow Thursday evening in the airport, mind you. The food may be fantastic, but at this point I don’t care. I’m in an airport, where expediency should be a consideration. We’re in the bar area next to the cooks and they aren’t exactly setting land speed records. Rather sloth-like to be honest. *note: the food WAS very tasty. The margherita pizza was extremely good and saved it from a 1 star review* Back to the point. In an airport I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for my starter salad(which came WITH the food). Service was less than adequate. Will not be back. Next time I’ll just grab a bagel sandwich from the place next door.

This was really disappointing. I sat down at the bar in front of the«wood-burning» pizza stove. I saw right away the raw pizza material consisted of a rather well cured flattened dough separated by wax pap sheets. The staff assembling the pizzas were struggling to assemble the pizzas in the preformed crust. They seemed hesitant and squinting to remember ingredients. AFTER a pizza finished its heating in the stove, the staff painted the outer margin of the crust with oil post cooking apparently to improve its appearance. So I skipped the pizza and ordered the steak burger. Unfortunately I got to watch my burger sit for a while as my waitress abandoned me. Finally the pizza staff gave me the burger. This was an odd affair with a bun that looked like a curly fry. I ended up ignoring whatever that was and just eating the meat, cheese, and grilled onion. I skipped the bacon as I saw when the burger was made the bacon was retrieved from a pan of bacon made earlier that day(I hope). The salad was just two handfuls of greens – literally as I saw the staff make my salad– with a spoonful of finely chopped tomatoes and a plastic medicine cup of brown liquid. I tried the tomatoes but they had no flavor. The waitress never returned. I found her way in back in some galley like room and asked for the bill. She did bring that by. Never did ask about my meal or offer me a second drink. Never again. Wolfgang Puck. You really let me down. PS Wasn’t there once a famous chef by that name?

Food was okay… should’ve just gone to chickfila or something though. Self seating at a restaurant branded with the name of a top tier chef… so disappointing. My server was attentive but she really looks like she doesn’t want to be working here. I ordered a diet coke and the chicken tenders appetizer… which came out to 12 dollars. Talk about overpriced. Ambiance is alright if you want to get away from anything else at this airport.

Naturally being inside the airport it is a somewhat limited menu but good food. Soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta and rotisserie chicken. Butternut Squash Soup was a 10, Caesar Salad was a 10 and Pasta was an 8… However the service was a 2. Surprised his name is on that level of service.

Oh so bad. Waitress has a sour scowl on her face — looks like she would rather be anywhere but here and I don’t blame her. She’s the only one waiting tables — it’s a Tuesday night at 7:33pm(in the airport) so it’s pretty packed. The Chicken Caesar Salad is very good — but it’s hard to taste over all the smoke billowing from the smoking section. The whole bar is smoking — so I wasn’t able to sit there(hate smoke!!) — I had to sit in the general dining room where there is no-smoking, but you can still smell it. I agree with some of the other reviews, is this how Wolfgang wants his brand to be known???

My 4 hour layover turning into 6 on my way back to San Diego from Richmond and I’d already eaten, twice and eaten so much my cravings for vape pushed me to venture outside of security when what do you know a sign reads smoking bar closed due to construction and Wolfgang Puck’s offers some inside relief. Now truth be told I no longer smoke, but have moved to advanced electronic cigarettes aka vape, aka vaping and although I had to vape amongst the smokers despite vapings lack of carcinogens, smoke, smell and basically everything else bad about them I was not allowed to do it elsewhere due to the ignorance of the region. TSA doesn’t have any issues with it. Police have no issues with it, but you can’t educate everyone right away. I braved it and drank hearily to my hearts desire. Tracey served me well and often single after single, water after doubles, pint after pint until the seal must be broketh. Blew clouds bigger than an entire bar of cigarettes was nice and educating smokers about the benefits of vape. Talked openly with fellow travelers from France to Tel Aviv to Washington. With the food court and other big named restaurant names down the hall the biggest draw is the smoking lounge(with minimum purchase). This place fills and empties with the rush of connections and layovers. A decent food selection that comes out lightning quick they could use a larger beer selection and get rid of those smart pourers. Some 10 drinks later Tracey is offering me free coffee and chips for my wait to close out. All in all it’s a decent airport bar considering the rest of the airport, but I wouldn’t mind being able to vape in public like I’ve done elsewhere.

Not to bad for airport food. The bbq chicken pizza was alright the service here wasn’t the best but i wasn’t expecting much for a airport location when there aren’t many people at the airport itself.

Mr. Puck, please visit this place to understand what brand management means. Our server(Sunday afternoon, 3pm) wrote my order on a crumpled napkin she pulled from her pocket. She seated us with a gruff«I’ll get to you when I can» and, although did manage to do her job, did it like she had been somehow slighted by the entire world earlier in the day. I have a feeling this place is always like this… because this kind of service wouldn’t be tolerated otherwise. Food was good, service was scary.

Oh Wolfgang, thank you for treating us so well. This is where we spent most of our time at Cinntucky. The bartender was AWESOME and she felt bad that we had that horrible four hour layover and made us feel better with her awesome Bloody Mary’s. The food was decent, we shared chicken nuggets but the service was better. I would recommend spending some time in the bar at Wolfgang and have a few drinks before boarding. Just saying…

While it’s hard to find decent airport food while traveling, this is the best airport food I’ve had to date. The décor was clean and fresh and the service was decent. The chicken and pepper pizza was very good along with the tortilla soup. The prices are comparable to any other airport restaurant, but the food and environment is of higher quality. I have been to other Puck Express restaurants that weren’t in airports and they were very similar to this one. I would gladly come here again for a meal on the go.

Unlike most reviews on here, I had a very pleasant experience. I only had 1 hour layover and wanted to get some real food. I had a very friendly greeting from the waitress as soon as I walked in to the restaurant. She served and check on my husband and me at a very timely manner. The food is definitely one of the best airport food I have had. I ordered a cup of tortilla soup and shared an order of the Spicy Chicken pizza. All the ingredients they use are fresh and the flavors of the ingredients are kept natural. I highly recommend the tortilla soup for a quick meal break if you are in this airport.

What or where should I start. Got to the airport a little earlier for my flight home and thought I would try the bar and grab a puck burger. Bad thought, I ordered a drink and my burger 30 minutes later asked if the waitress could check on my burger order and ordered another drink. 15 minutes later asked if she checked on my burger and I was running out of time before boarding. The waitress came back and said I have bad news, the paper on the machine ran out and my order was not in. OK pay for my drinks and leave. The bar was not full very manageable and I would have thought being just a little more attentive would have saved the day on behalf of the waitress. Too bad for me and them never again.

If this were any other place I’d probably give them 2 stars. but a celebrity chef means higher expectations. Wolfgang Puck is one of the most recognizable names in food. First, let me say, the service was okay. I got my food and drinks delivered by a woman who looked tired of life in general. Still, everything did arrive and she even attempted to smile, but her soul was so crushed, she couldn’t pull it off. No complaints, no compliments and a dash of pity. I ordered the Puck Burger. I love burgers. So you’d think if I had the opportunity to eat one of my favorite foods that was designed by WORLDRENOWNEDCHEFWOLFGANGPUCK that I’d be in heaven. That’s what I thought! The patty was dry, over cooked and clearly hit the grill frozen. The bun was burnt and pretty much dominated the flavor of everything else. The Puck sauce? I see it, but don’t taste it. I taste burnt bun. I will say the tomato is pretty good. Yes. The tomato. It looks and tastes fresh. It’s too bad that’s where the priority seemed to be. Onto more complaining. The fries are not uniformly cooked, but look appealing with some flavorless green herbs sprinkled on top. I feel like Homer Simpson going through his«Whoo hoo! D’oh!» routine. Crispy fry… mmmm. Mushy fry… bleh… Oh, another crispy one! D’oh! It’s burnt. Ketchup would be nice, but I don’t want to have to look at Ms. Dead In-Side. Unless this place is using Wolfgang’s name with out telling him, Puck should be ashamed and possibly sue himself for defamation of character. I regret not choosing Subway. That’s depressing.

Normally, I’d say this is your basic airport bar/restaurant. I’ve never had food here so I can’t comment on it, but the bar is fine — drinks are a little high but not unreasonably so and the service has been fast. I’ve enjoyed sitting here for a drink when I have the time. I’d usually give it about three stars as an average bar … However! Yesterday they earned themselves another star for amazing service. I had a sandwich and chips that I was going to take on the plane, and I wanted some hot sauce to go with it. No one in the terminal had any hot sauce — no packets, no bottles, nothing I could take. I was standing there looking a little lost(and maybe a little sad) when the manager of Wolfgang came over and asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking for hot sauce and he said he’s got it. He went to his bar and took his Tabasco(for Bloody Mary’s), filled a tiny to-go cup with a lid and handed it to me. Didn’t expect me to buy anything and went out of his way to help me. Star added! Good times all around. Alex

We stopped in here for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. The place was deserted and Skip our waiter was most attentive. We had a bagel, which was fine, but the cream cheese tasted a bit off. We also shared a breakfast pizza — it’s okay if you’re hungry & like eggs & bacon on a soggy pizza. Ambiance & Service — 4 stars Food 2 ½ stars
