Cleaning has always been a part of my life! I remember being seven year old and cleaning theaters and offices with my dad, in my teen age years I was supervising crews in the bigger office buildings in downtown Cincinnati, Later a friend offer me a job as a Direct of Environment Services at his Nursing Home, after years of working as a employee, I believe It’s time for me to utilize my talents for consumers by becoming an employer.

Over the last twenty-​five years I’ve worked for two local nursing homes as Director of Environmental Services. There I was responsible for maintaining compliance with City, State and Federal laws public relations and assigning of daily work duties, creative daily & weekly reports for the housekeeping, laundry and maintenances departments. I recently decided to start my own business. I believe my achievements demonstrate strong interfacing and organization skills, creative problem solving talent and ensure «QUALITY» by training our employees «The right way» from day one. Assuring that every team member understands and accept all aspect of their specialized duties for each account. By planning the work so that custodial personnel understands, performs, and meets their work objective; and following up with inspections to ensure that the results conform to the plan.
