My family were patients at this office for years. I tolerated a lot more than I normally would have from most offices because this is my husband’s family’s dentist and I didn’t want to cause problems. But I’ve always hated this office. The hygienists were nice and professional, but the rest of the staff is awful and incompetent. Without exception, there were ALWAYS billing issues. They billed the wrong insurance, used wrong codes, you name it. It always got fixed, until they decided to do a procedure that was not covered by insurance without my consent. They refused to take responsibility for doing the procedure, and I refused to pay the bill. I have gotten threatening letters in the mail from them, and they sent me to collections for $ 30 MORE than the amount they billed me for. Can we say greedy?
In addition to the money grubbing and incompetence with billing, the entire office is extremely rude. The office manager is cocky and obnoxious and doesn’t let you talk because she constantly interrupts you. I recently started bringing two of my kids for visits. Dr. Gase was awful with my 3 and 4 year olds and accused me of being the reason they wouldn’t cooperate and tried to make me leave the room (they weren’t cooperating because he was being nasty and horrible and threatening them). Then he yelled at me for «bringing them during their naptime» and told me never to bring them back during that time. They don’t nap, so this was ridiculous. They weren’t even that bad; they just didn’t like some nasty, angry guy prying their mouths open and yelling at them. Who would?
When they sent me yet another nasty letter for the procedure I didn’t authorize, I had enough and called to cancel our appointments for the next visit. The receptionist said «I’ll look into that» and then started arguing with me about my bill! Both she and the office manager wouldn’t even let me talk and hung up on me. My husband had to call to get our appointments canceled because they wouldn’t do it for me. I suspect it’s so they could charge us for no-​shows. Anyway, stay far, far away. Especially if you have kids– the fact he calls himself a «family» dentist is laughable. He hates kids!

Worst dental office in Cincinnati based on my experience. Wish I could rate them minus 5 stars because even 1 star is too much for these guys. The office manager is the rudest person in the world with her cocky attitude. I went to this office for a cleaning work. When I got there I asked them to check with my insurance to see what I was covered and what not, the receptionist called my ins and advised me I was good. They did some extra work that I didn’t ask them to do and the bill ended up being $ 23 more than what the ins would pay and they said that they have been mailing me «statements» for 5 months and I never got nothing from them. One day this cocky office manager called me, wouldn’t listen a word to what I had to say and threaten to send me to collection for $ 23 !! I gave them my card number to take the money and told them I wouldn’t go back there. STAY AWAY !!!

Great office. Friendly and professional staff. Abbie is the best hygienist. Honest and practical solutions. Dr. Game is experienced and knowledgeable. I love going to the dentist!!!

I was impressed right away. When we stopped by to check out the office they gave us a tour, a swag bag, and showed us a quick video highlighting why their office is better than the rest. I couldn’t believe it! Isn’t this a boring, never-​changing, old dentist office?! Evidently not!
The offices are clean and modern. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists do a good job of treading that line between making conversation and «hey, don’t you see I have all this stuff in my mouth, so I can’t talk to you.» I always come away feeling squeaky clean.
And most importantly, they give you a real toothbrush. Not one of those crappy cheap ones that you would never use. You’ll get an actual Oral-​B toothbrush like they sell in the stores. They also give you floss, but seriously… who’s flossing. Those quality parting gifts tell me that they actually want me to take good care of my teeth, and that makes me feel good.
