I’m just now getting around to writing this review weeks later. There isn’t a lot to be said in regards to U-Haul rental. It’s pretty straight forward.
I will say that the U-Haul on Central Parkway is the best one I’ve ever been to, because the employees were so friendly and helpful. I called the U-Haul on Michigan Avenue, and they didn’t have any 10 foot trucks. The woman I talked to there was extremely nice and put in my reservation for the truck at the Central Parkway location.
There were two employees and two American bulldogs there. We stayed longer than necessary chatting with him and playing with his dogs.
Hassle free and friendly.
