I am a resident of the CrossKeys condo community in Cincinnati Ohio.
. ThyssenKrupp has been paid in full thousands of dollars for work on our elevator. They insisted upon payment before they would allow us to use the elevator. They promised that they would return the following week and complete the job. Missing plate on the previous floor indicator, key access to the garage, doors not operating correctly and the like. Our contact, Marc Gockenbach has been not forthcoming on his promise to return to complete the job. I think they are exhibiting a very unprofessional side of their organization, and I’d suggest that anyone thinking of contracting with this company should give serious consideration to this incident. If they get our problem resolved this week, I’ll be glad to post here again.
