I was not impressed with my massage the first time I visited. Which was quite awhile ago. But I decided to give it another try and I wasn’t disappointed! My therapist did a lovely job and offered an above average massage. Could slow down more on my feet though! The Spa itself looks nice, clean and is relaxing. A little pricey, but this place has more pros than cons.

Luxury at it’s best! My sweet husband treated me to a gift certificate to Sia Spa. I really only needed a hair cut, threading and a mani/​pedi. However, I decided to splurge and add on a mini facial and massage. First of all, I was blown away by the fact that all of these services were provided by one place. Most spas I have been to do not have hair and threading services. It was so nice to know that I wouldn’t be running all over town to get my different services taken care of. I called Sia and the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly. I called back three times before I had all of my appointments in order. They were very understanding and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the order of my services.
When I came in, the manager greeted me with a huge smile and showed me the relaxation room. Liz and Sara are both just awesome — very sweet, polite and really wanted to make sure I had a wonderful spa day. I had my eyebrows threaded by Sonal. I have been having my eyebrows threaded for 15 years and this was by far the best threading experience I’ve had. It was complete with a forehead massage afterwards. I then had a mini-​massage my Amanda and a mini-​facial by Katie. It was extremely hard for me to not fall asleep during both of the services. I felt SO pampered and rejuvenated afterwards. I then had my mani/​pedi done by Sharon. She did a great job and she was so patient as I changed my mind on polish colors about 10 times. Finally, I had my hair cut by Lora. I love my hair cut! I was so pleasantly surprised by the compliments I received that weekend about it.
So, all in all, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend Sia Spa.

I took my wife here for a massage today and this is her second time there I think. Today she came home so upset that I will never bring her back there again. She could hear every word being spoken in the next room and the music was so loud from next door she could barely relax at all. She is a licensed LMT and does work from her home. So it’s not like she does not know what the experience should be like. She asked why is it so loud, and the answer was he did not know. We paid $ 160.00 plus a tip and it was like getting a massage in a truck stop. I am not sure if you remember that the customer experience comes first or not. But It will not take long to figure it out if you don’t address these issues.

Update: a few weeks after this incident, the manager did call and apologize. I did go back bc I love the staff at Sia Spa. I have been a faithful customer for 6 years and until this incident never had an issue. At my first appointment, after the incident, the manager treated me to a product that I use. I appreciate the gesture and the phone call.

I have been a Sia Spa regular for sometime and I have recently moved on. In the past year, the new salon is taking precedence over the «spa» and the effects are showing. I remember the quiet days in spa area — which are now invaded by sounds of the salon. Massage team has shifted greatly and the experience seems rushed. As a long time client, I had hoped the customer service of knowing me and my preferences would be acknowledged. Although in the computer, I always had to remind the attendant. And then the prices when up and the spray tan booth in the Spa area. The luxurious experience has left — so I said… See ya

I’ve been there many times over the years, and perhaps I’m imaging, but I think the services are declining, especially compared to what you pay for. The facials are ok for someone just looking to relax, but the past few I’ve had have been underwhelming as far as actually working to improve your skin and detox. I’ve always liked the people here, and still do, but I’d probably recommend that folks try somewhere else.

I really wanted to love this place. After reading the reviews I think I had my hopes too high. I recently went here and they got my appointment time wrong, but that is forgivable as they got me in anyway. It is a very nice, clean place and the staff was very friendly. The massage was much better than average; but, I have had better (and have had much worse). She was great in some areas and not very good in other areas (way too much pressure and didn’t hit on any of my high stress areas).
Everyone seemed to be raving about the spa part, however, again I was disappointed as it was a room as size as a bathroom, bright lights, and not very hot… didn’t even bother going inside. Finally at the end they charged me $ 5 over the price that was listed on their website, but it wasn’t worth mentioning to them.
I personally would not go back here, but others may have a better experience than me!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease in Sia Spa. The décor and ambiance have been thoughtfully laid out in a manner that promotes peace of mind. As I was a little early for my appointment I was shown back to a relaxation room where I could undress and adorn a soft, clean robe before settling into a comfy chair for a bit of meditation to peaceful music. When the time came, which was very punctual, my massage therapist knocked on the door quietly and greeted me in a welcoming manner that made me feel at home. I was lead to one of the private massage rooms and was left to disrobe and climb onto the soft massage bed, which had been warmed for my comfort. I slipped under the sheet and waited a few minutes for my massage therapist to return and work her magic. My massage therapist, Jackie was wonderful and listened to me when I explained where my tension was. She knew the human body well enough to understand where the various points are that require work to release tension in a certain region. I was surprised, at times, at where these points were, a credit to their education. The proper amount of pressure was always used, and I could always ask her to use a little more if needed. After my 45 minute session was over, I was left to adorn my clothing and exit the room at my leisure. Once outside, Jackie greeted me with a glass of cold water, essential for helping the body remove toxins released by massage and asked if my experience was an enjoyable one. I told her I would be back, and I am now a regular.

I’ve been going to Sia Spa for about 5 years, going for massages only. I love the atmosphere of the spa, which is quiet, peaceful and serene. When you enter the spa, you are brought back to the locker room, where you change into a robe and slippers. Then you go to the waiting room, which is darkened with lots of magazines and comfy chaises to lounge upon while you wait for your appointment to begin.
Kevin has been my masseuse for years, and I would continue going to him as long as he is there. He always makes me feel like my appointment is the only important one in his day, and makes sure that I have a peaceful, calm time. My massages are whatever he thinks is important to help the tension headaches that I fight. I often finish my visits with a steam and a shower. I do bring my own products, because I prefer them over the ones provided, although they are quite nice. I have had allergies to products, and prefer to use ones that I know don’t cause problems.
I would try other parts of the salon, but I travel for work, and am rarely in town, so I have never tried any other parts. There have been times that I have not felt like the front staff has been welcoming, but I always feel like Kevin spares his time and energy to make sure I am happy.
For massages, great value for results. I have found that my headaches are much better after massages, and I will continue to go for as long as he works there.

SIA Spa is amazing. I have had a Massage and a European Facial with a Dermaplaning. The services were amazing. The staff is so professional and clearly have a great deal of training. I felt welcome and so relaxed. It was an amazing experience. I have been to other spas in Cincinnati. SIA by far the best in the area.

This was my first visit to Sia and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. I had a facial with Evelyn and I will definitely go back for another as well as other services.

I booked a massage here with a discount from one of the many discount websites offering local deals. The receptionists/​greeters were a little aloof talking amongst themselves as I arrived. That didn’t make a first good impression.
I was led to the women’s changing area. Wow! I was impressed. I was given a robe and slippers and shown to my locker. There are separate dressing areas with curtains, showers, and a steam room. I prepped and went to the waiting room which is stocked with water and tea. Pamela arrived to greet me. The massage she gave me was wonderful. She targeted the areas that I had requested. I was definitely very relaxed at this point. Mission accomplished.
Back in the changing area I took advantage of the steam room and shower. A lovely touch are the toiletries they provide — everything from razors to hairspray.
I consider Sia Spa a true spa. I came away feeling pampered. However, one drawback is the parking. There are located in a strip mall with Urban Active. I drove around for a good 5 minutes before finding a space. Make sure to allow yourself margin on your appointment time for parking availability issues.

We’re lucky to have this caliber of a spa here in Cincinnati! I travel for my job, and have spent time all over North America, most often in NYC. Comparatively, Sia is a well priced, high quality spa, and I can’t say enough about them.
Their facilities are some of the nicest in the city (and honestly nicer than a lot of bigger-​city spas), their staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and their spa services are top notch. They have always been able to schedule me in a timely manner, and my services have always been on time.
I love getting to the spa early, to enjoy their waiting lounge. It is serene, comfy, and cozy. The robes are huge and really soft & fuzzy — and that is something that a lot of mid-​priced spas skimp on. Everything is pristine and clean.
I’ve had great massages, mani/​pedis, and waxing done here — and after reading the other reviews, I’ve got to book a facial.

This is the best spa in Cincinnati. In my opinion, if you don’t have steam room, you’re not a spa and to my knowledge this is the only place in town to qualify (Let me know if there are others). The environment at Sia Spa is tranquil. The staff even use «inside voices» to reinforce the sense of calm and relaxation. I always arrive way before my treatment (s) in order to have time to steam, get in a comfy robe and lounge in the relaxation room where water, tea and healthy snacks are provided.
Rachel is my favorite esthetician. She has worked in NYC and is very knowledgeable of her discipline. Kevin is a great masseuse; professional, great pressure, holistic and thinks outside of the box to work out your kinks.

I love a spa day, but I really love it when it’s in a relaxing environment. When my boss got me a gift card to Sia for my birthday I was… grateful, but not too enthusiastic to visit a spa tucked in between on a Panera and an Urban Active on a busy street. It didn’t seem like it would provide the atmosphere I was really hoping for. But I had money to spend and a back that was aching.
And I was wrong.
Tucked in between these two places is a hidden gem! I called in the morning to see if I could make an appointment for a 60 minute massage and they were able to get me in without a problem. The receptionist was polite and told me they’d be looking forward to my arrival.
The lobby was decorated nicely and it was only a matter of minutes before I was taken back to change into a comfy robe and have a seat in the quiet lounge to wait for my massage. The (let’s call it) locker room was really nice. They have two showers (with shampoo/​conditioner/​soap) and a steamer. They also have a hairdryer, combs, complimentary travel size dove deodorants, and other nice touches inside for your convenience. The lounge area also had drinks (water, tea…) and small individual wrapped packets of dried fruits (yummy!) for you to enjoy.
The massage was excellent and professional. They don’t rush you out of the room so you have a minute to recover since your body now feels like jello. When I first arrived there was a sign outside promoting a Tuesday special for your «tootsies». I asked about this when I was checking out and it’s a full pedicure (reg $ 60) for only $ 40! You bet I scheduled my appointment and am going back next week to check out more of the spa.
This is a great location, relaxing environment, and perfect for a lunchtime sneak over or after work stress-​reliever. I’ve been to a lot of high end spas in other cities and while this one isn’t quite the same, it’s really a great place in Cincinnati. I will definitely be going back!

I love a good massage as much as the next girl. What I don’t want is to have to walk through a loud, busy, crazy mess to get one. That’s where Sia comes to the rescue!
When you enter the beautiful lobby, there is a calming zen like feeling. They have a relaxing waterfall and a hair dyer can’t be heard. I have found a spa! They take you back to the changing room and give you the most luxurious robe ever. After you change, you sit in a quiet lounge and sip on some herbal tea. The massage therapist will come to get you.
The massage was amazing and about $ 75 for an hour. After my massage, I sat in the steam room and then took a shower. I didn’t want to get out of that robe, so I had to buy one for myself. I would say this is the best place for a day of relaxation.

It’s been a stressful few weeks so my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to some spaing late this afternoon. We called around Cincinnati to a variety of spas yesterday evening attempting to find a spa that could fit in two facials after 4pm. Sia Spa was the only spa that could accommodate both of us, so we booked the appointments and checked it out.
At first glance; Sia Spa is huge. The entire place is open and decorated in light teak wood. We got to the spa early but were still shown to the women’s changing room, where we were provided with cushy robes and lockers to stow our belongings. We were then encouraged to head into the «Relaxation Room» to wait for our technicians. We grabbed the latest gossip magazines to peruse and cold water from the dispenser. My appointment was after my friend’s so I had a good hour-​long wait, I didn’t mind though as I got to catch up on Jessica Simpson’s newest album release.
My facial was fabulous. The technician was quiet and let me enjoy the facial massage and later, the hand massage. The facial was basic, it included cleansing, massage, extractions, and moisturizer. My technician also used drops of an Alpha Hydroxy serum to help clear my break-​out, which stung a bit but when I got up from the table and saw the results I was thrilled… all of the whiteheads that had been plaguing my forehead for weeks were literally gone. I wanted to purchase the product until I found out a tiny bottle cost $ 125. Yikes! My friend loved her facial as well; though she said her extractions were particularly painful… mine weren’t bad at all.
Prices are reasonable, an hour long European Facial was $ 80.
