I have to agree with Rachels review!
Except that the emphasis should be placed on the south Finally parking lot.
Truck drivers are getting stuck, and needing to get a tow truck to get pulled out of the holes in the trailer drop area! Just take a look at all of the mud flaps laying in the holes.
I realize that you are trying to blend into the existing neighborhood.
Have you given thought to leading the revitalization effort by spending a few hundred dollars?

Samuel Adams Brewery Company produces the seasonal, specialty, and barrel room collection beers for the Boston Beer Company.
Once the «Little Kings» brewery, yes the 40 oz. malt liquor, this place serves as additional capacity for Sam Adams to make its micros, while the Boston location focuses on the most widely distributed, highest volume brews.
Overall, this facility is ran down and not «tour ready.» However, the Sam Adams seasonals and specialty beers produced here are all consistently good! I would be proud to offer Sam Adams brews up as a great representation of where I would like American breweries to go versus the traditional powerhouses such as Miller and Anheuser.
The Sam Adams Octoberfest is still my personal must have in the fall.

I live right down the street from this brewery. It’s very cool that Sam Adams is here, and I just found out that they brew over 60% of all Sam Adams beer here!
But here’s the thing… the place is a dump and and eye sore. It’s basically right downtown and Cincinnati is in the middle of a downtown revitalization. So what’s up SA? After doing more research I was floored to find out that Jim Koch, the owner, is FROM Cincinnati. In fact, his father was a brewer in Cincinnati back in the day. So what the???
Sam Adams is making millions. All of their commercials say «Take Pride in Your Beer».
I say «Take Pride in Your Community.» They have a responsibility to clean up the façade and contribute to this much needed revitalization.
