I could not imagine ever boarding my senior dogs again after finding out new favorite sitter. Love boarding my dog with Rover! I’ve used two sitters so far Susan near Kenwood and Taylor in Norwood and both have been great! My dog has problems eating at the kennel and often comes back depressed and not feeling well. Both times I’ve used
my dog has come home very clean and happy. Also love the ability to share photos during your dog’s stay. I was hesitant to leave my dog with a stranger at first but my experiences so far have been that the sitters truly LOVE dogs and I instantly feel good about leaving my pet with them once I meet them in person. Booking a stay is quick and easy and response time from sitters has always been prompt. I’m so happy I found this service, I’ve tried several expensive boarding facilities in Cincinnati and would definitely recommend trying
over any of the kennels.

Anyway, we found a nice home not far from our own. We texted back and forth to «meet» each other and while we were gone she texted and sent pictures of Scout enjoying his time there. It was wonderful to know he was spoiled there like we spoiled him. I would DEFINITELY use
again. Wish we traveled more!

Whenever I’ve left my dog with one of Rover.com’s sitters I’ve been kept up to date on how he’s doing, I’ve gotten text messages with pictures and even videos on the different activities my dog has been enjoying. It felt great knowing my dog had his own vacations. Also, my dog did not get along well with other dogs before, but is now more relaxed when meeting others dogs and interacting with them. I know these dog boarding experiences have helped him. And up to now I’ve loved every sitter we have left him with.

I was in need of dog boarding for a weekend out of town, and didn’t want to leave my dog at any anonymous kennel facility where he’d just get 2 meals and 2 potty breaks. He had special needs and using rover I was able to find someone who could accommodate him for in home boarding. I could read reviews and speak with the specific sitter I chose prior to committing to anything. This is a great service that I would use again in a pinch. As a disclaimer… it is only as good as the specific pet sitter you choose, so do your homework and use good judgement.

was a great resource to find a sitter who could stay in my own home with my dogs while I was out of town. There were plenty of sitters to chose from and the sitter I picked did a fantastic job. The sitter was clearly a dog person, experienced sitter, and he helped make my weekend away about as worry-​free as it could get. I got a lot of photo updates that made me smile and it was clear my dogs were at ease being at home instead of away at a boarding place. It was also nice to have someone occupy my condo while I was out of town. It was like having a house sitter and dog sitter all in one! I am already planning on using Rover again!

We were going away for a long weekend and all our sons were coming with us. I hate putting our furbaby in a regular boarding place because it seems he spends most of the time locked in a kennel. I saw
on TV just in time! The person I chose was SO wonderful. We e-​talked beforehand and she was so flexible and loving. She texted me every day and sent pictures to let me know Scout was being properly spoiled. :-) I have told several people about this wonderful service and will definitely use them again. I almost wish we traveled more!

is awesome. I have used it both for dog boarding and dog sitting. In other words, my first experience with Rover was sending my two (giant breed) dogs to stay with a sitter I found on Rover. I was so pleased to send my very large dogs to a home, rather than a kennel which doesn’t give them enough room to move around, let alone play. We received pictures from our sitter and a few text message updates while on vacation. The sitter was flexible with drop-​off and pick-​up times and ensured we were prepared for their stay. After such a great experience, my husband and I turned around and became sitters ourselves! We strive to provide the same great experience as we had experienced with our first
dog sitter. As a new sitter, we get so excited when we receive stay requests! New friends to come over and play! If you’re looking for a home away from home for your dog,
