History

Established in 2009.

In 2009, Phoenix Architecture, LLC was founded by three former partners of a local architecture firm and a fourth registered architect. Jason Williams, Jeff Osterman, and Tom Schweer worked together for 7 years before forming the new firm. They spent this time building their working relationship into a collaborative effort that saw successes in many regional projects. The addition of Amy Osterman allowed Phoenix to benefit from her knowledge in residential, hospitality, small commercial, and multi-​family projects. Through the team’s combined 100 years of experience in architecture and planning, they have worked with major developers in the Cincinnati region, a wide breadth of contractors and suppliers, and major hospitality operators.

Business Owner

Jason Williams, RA, NCARB, LEED AP holds a Bachelors of Architecture as a 1997 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program. He has served as an architect, project manager, designer and principal at local firms before joining to create Phoenix Architecture. As Director of Design, Jason is primarily responsible for master planning, zoning assistance, conceptual design, and presentation graphics. His background in production and detailing allows him to be involved in a project from initial concept through construction. His wide range of experience means your designs will be creative, well conceived, and appropriate to each individual client’s needs. He has worked on a variety of project types including office buildings, retail centers, corporate headquarters, hotels, condominiums, parking garages and large mixed-​use projects. As a LEED AP, Jason is also responsible for meeting the sustainable goals of clients.
