Customer service is very, very good. They are extremely helpful and really know their inventory do don’t assume if isn’t on the shelf they don’t have it in another color or size.
That stated this is a very tiny store and their selection isn’t great. I would not shop here for nice shoes — if you need a cheap pair of sandals for summer this is a good place to look.

I wear shoes and boots for years, until they wear out or start leaking. Grew up with depression Era parents, so always stretched the nickel. I don’t get out much and am no longer working, so don’t need to worry about dressy work shoe area.
For tennis shoe stuff, casual summer shoes or boots, I LOVE THIS PLACE! My fave pairs of black boots are from this place. One fake leather, one pair suede. I try to avoid leather products when I can and this place carries both.
The employees are very helpful, sometimes trying too hard, but the store I go to is in a ghost town of a mall so there can’t be much traffic for the workers to interact with… Cincinnati Mills formerly Forest Fair Mall and other variations on a theme!
I also found some leg warmers here on sale that I’ve been wanting to get for years. Also a pretty pair of generic tennis shoes with good support in the arches.
They have good sales here but sometimes, the style pickin’s are slim. Worth a look though for an inexpensive pair of shoes.
