Sumner («Sonny») M. Saeks is the president of Saeks New Growth Advisors, a firm specializing in assisting owners and managers of troubled and under-​performing companies revitalize their businesses and return them promptly to profitability.

Sonny has an extensive background in banking, corporate management and corporate renewal. He has provided interim management at companies ranging in size from $ 65 to $ 250 million and consulted with companies from $ 5 million to over $ 1 billion in annual revenues.

Sonny’s approach to corporate renewal is to assesses the near-​term viability of the client’s business, direct the preparation of a revitalization plan with his client’s management team including an implementation plan and timetable, direct the implementation of the plan and then monitor the success of his client.
