Poor customer service and the staff stated «I don’t care about you or who you are» Do not spend your money there. I dont have to wonder why there is never any customers in there. I left my 11 y. o daughter there to go get my meds from Walmart but before I left she and I chose colors that I approved of. When I returned she had on different colors than we chose and I was told «we were out of that color. She had deep turquoise on her hands and a mint green on her toes. The guy said I asked her if she like it and she said yes. He knows the colors didn’t match and she is 11 and he is the professional. She obviously couldn’t tell the difference we got outside and it was horrible looking. I went back in and said «hey can we find a closer match for her feet. They started speaking in there language and keep saying she said she liked it and I said as a professional you know those colors don’t match and another guy said You shouldn’t have left her and I said we picked out colors before I left and tall should have let her call to get my approval. He said I’m not changing it because you don’t like it. I said well she is a kid and his response was you shouldn’t left her. He said if I change it is will charge you again I said no you can remove all your products and refund my money. He said no. I will not recommend anybody get service there.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!
My wife has taken our daughter here several times in the past and she, our daughter, has been satisfied for the most part. HOWEVER, on this visit, and this WILL be the last, their experience was the worst. My daughter was dropped off while my wife ran an errand. The nail tech decided that there wasn’t enough nail polish to cover both her fingernails and toenails so he he gave her two different colors that were nowhere near the same color palette. He claimed my daughter agreed to it and when my wife returned and expressed her dissatisfaction the tech told her that they were NOT going to change the color without her paying again (she prepaid). Then he said my daughter shouldn’t have been left alone in the first place!
She will NEVER give this place another dime and I suggest that you don’t waste your time or money there either.

Do not come to this place! I should have checked Unilocal before I went! What a disappointment! The website is sooooooooo deceiving! This was the worst place ever and I would NEVER return!
So I wanted to win the auntie of the year award so I picked up my 7 year old niece for us to get manicures and pedicures. She was so excited and we arrive and It begins going downhill.
So we walk in, sign in and they say they’ll be with us soon. The chairs that we waited in weren’t the nicest but I was trying to be hopeful. We go back to get our pedicures and thankfully I saw them clean the bowls where our feet go. They also pulled out a new packet from the back of supplies. However I may have been fooled because when my pedicure was over a staff member brought the guy doing my pedicure an empty packet which made me wonder if they just put the tools back… ugh!
The floor was dirty, the carts of supplies were dusty and unorganized and it just wasn’t good.
What was hard was that they guys that did my niece and I were nice and my nails look good but the experience was bad. Plus they didn’t have the A/​C on and it’s summer! They kept the door open and bugs were flying it. I will NEVER return!

I’m sorry but this place has gone downhill since it was bought by new owners. For starters, they are too cheap to even run the AC so it’s burning up in there. The door is always open so I doubt that it’s ever on. It also doesn’t seem as sanitary. I’m used to them opening a fresh pack of pedicure tools but she just pulled them out of some dirty looking bin. The hot towel they used smelled like it had been sitting in the washer for way too long and they tried to mask the smell with fabric softener. Just gross. don’t waste your time or money!
