In less than 20 minutes my shattered 5s screen was replaced. I am extremely impressed with the level of service here. Definitely lived up to the hype! After using the Unilocal coupon I paid less than $ 100. You can’t find a better deal anywhere.

They were excellent. I shattered my screen, brought my 5c in immediately they quoted me a 2 hour window for screen replacement and were finished within 1. I did forget to use my $ 10 Unilocal voucher for their business, but for the service they gave me I’m not even upset about it. Back to brand new :) would recommend to anyone and everyone.

iPhone 5S with a bad power adapter port. I took it to another place near here over a month ago and they wanted $ 70 for a port replacement. I wasn’t ready to spend that much and thought I’d try to keep it alive until my contract was open, then buy a new phone.
It couldn’t make it, so I stopped by this place with the assumption I was going to be out $ 70. The gentleman checked the port, dug out some lint, and it was completely fixed. No charge!

The best repair store I’ve been too. They fixed my iPhone 5C in less than 20 minutes. My phone was damaged to the point there was only a black screen. I will always use iRepair for here on out!

I cannot recommend iRepair enough! I dropped my phone while getting ready to leave for work and it landed face down, completely shattering the screen, rendering it useless. I called iRepair and they told me cost, time for repair, etc up front and were able to get me an appointment the same day! The person working (I think his name was Ian) was very friendly and professional and had my phone fixed like nothing happened in under 45 min.

Discovered that our iPad’s screen is broken this morning. Googled how much it would cost us if we bring it to Apple store and saw 299 plus tax (?) I might be wrong. or not. Then started to feel awful for the repair cost that I doubted repairing it and opted to just buy a mini since they are almost of the same price. Then I saw iRepair and then read the good reviews and then trusted it and went and then had our iPad looking like it was never broken at all, like everything was just a horrible nightmare. It was done after an hour and a half. :) that’s pretty quick service! I would definitely recommend this place especially to those who doesn’t have apple care or insurance.

Dropped my iPod (yeah, I’m the idiot without a case to protect it) and broke the screen… nasty, painful looking crack that ran from the bottom right corner halfway up the screen. Not to worry, the guys at iRepair had it totally like new in a few hours.
They do excellent work with a no judgement attitude!

My I Phone would not charge, I stopped in and within 45 minutes they replace the charging port with a new one and at a good price. Great service and great price

I’ve had three phones and one iPad 2 repaired at iRepair (pretty clumsy family) and have been really impressed with the service. The staff always quoted be accurate and pretty short turnaround times. Once, a repair technician even took the time to fix some cosmetic dents in the phone.

They were fast and there were no surprises. They even replaced some missing screws, free of charge.

Met my expectations for repairing my tablets. I brought an ipad 4 and mini both needing screens replaced, received same day service and was prompt.

Amazingly quick service! My husband’s iPad flew off the roof of his truck 6 months ago. Luckily it had a screen protector on it and it still worked. He noticed that it was starting to act «wonky» earlier this week, so I brought it down to have the screen replaced.
There currently are no places in the greater Dayton area that repair broken cracked screens on smart devices. So after broadening my search I discovered iRepair, and I’m so happy that I did. I drove down Saturday morning and arrived shortly after they opened. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very confident leaving the iPad with them. And, less than two hours later I was on my way home with the repaired iPad. It looks and works great. We couldn’t be more pleased. The repair is covered by a 90 day warranty as well.

i recently broke my Ipad screen and needed repair fairly quickly as I use it at 2 different facilities for electronic charting. I saw the reviews and decided to take my tablet to iRepair. They were very professional and accurate as what needed to be done. Less than 2 hours later my iPad looked great and worked perfectly. They even gave me suggestion on best protective case. I am pleased and very satisfied with iRepairs work.

This is my second time coming to iRepair and I am just as satisfied with their work as I was the first time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is they offer SAME DAY SERVICE! I took my phone over on my lunch break around 12:30 — 1:00 and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. My screen was cracked and wouldn’t respond to touch. It was ready by 5. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to repair a broken Iphone, Ipod, or Ipad. You can’t beat the price, with or without a deal, which they offer through Unilocal and now and then on LivingSocial.

Very knowledgeable and accurate in the estimates and repairs performed. I have and will continue to recommend these guys. Inexpensive and typically done within a few hours.
I have had three different phones serviced here with cracked screens that they replaced meticulously. Additionally I had a battery changed in my 4s. Nothing more to say. They are excellent.

Ok, so I’ll just state that I waited over 2 months before writing a review. I was skeptical of a non-​official iphone repair replace, so I figured I’d make sure they truly fixed by phone before posting how wonderful they are.
I just happened to pass this after I got my heels fixed at Mr. Lee’s Shoe Repair and popped in to see how quickly they could fix a shattered iPhone screen and broken power button. They said they could have it fixed in 5 hours (they were very busy with other repairs), to just stop back after work. After comparing prices, it was also very affordable. $ 135 for both of those repairs… cheaper than the other places I’ve checked out.
I can confirm that their work was well done. No delay in response time of the screen or anything like that. It’s just like new!

I have to echo the sentiments of the earlier Unilocalers. I visited iRepair today to fix my shattered iPhone screen and was extremely impressed by the professionalism, courteousness and speed of the repair team. As I’ve been known to canvas Craigslist to replace a broken phone, frequently finding myself in vacant parking lots or back alleys for the handoff (not really, mom), this is a fantastic solution.

Being the clumsy teenager that I am, it was only a matter of time before I completely shattered my iPhone. (I would like to point out it was a year before it got to this point.) Also being the teenager that I am, I did not have enough sense to buy AppleCare or look into the Verizon phone insurance stipulations before I purchased it, thus sending me on a citywide search to find a reputable iPhone tech.
This is where irepair comes in. Sitting in the middle of a near-​vacant strip, irepair is an absolute gem for Cincinnati. For half the price and none of the hassle, I received my phone good as new in 40 minutes flat. Fast, friendly service, and while I do hope I don’t have to visit again, I would recommend here to anyone with the misfortune of cracking their phone screen.

Due to a combination of clumsiness and (some) inebriation, I completely shattered the front screen of my iPhone 4S. The phone was still fully functional but the display was shattered. The phone fell so hard that some of the hardware was exposed on the bottom left side of the phone. I came to iRepair not only because of the good reviews they have, but also because they had the best deal in town! Competitors have prices up to $ 150 but iRepair only charges $ 89.99 for the full replacement of the front plate/​screen. Unilocal offers a deal to buy a $ 10 coupon for $ 5, so make sure to take advantage of this!
There is no appointment necessary. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and my phone was completely fixed to mint condition in 30 minutes. There was one problem, however. When I received my phone, the front and back plates were a little loose, causing the phone to make a clicking sound when I squeezed the two sides of the phone together. iRepair was extremely helpful when I came back (on the same day) to address the problem. They fiddled with my phone for a bit but when they found that there was a problem with the screws, they also replaced the back of my phone free of charge! Great customer service. The workers are very knowledgeable and honest. They also have a 90-​day warranty on any of their repairs. Highly recommend this place for any phone repairs!
