Zero stars, but Unilocal requires a star rating. Melinda Hartong is unprofessional and rude. We paid her 6 months ago to take our family portrait. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift. Our son came in from out of town specifically for this. Six months later, no pics. Phone calls go straight to voice mail with no return call. She ignores e-​mails and Facebook messages. She cashed our check within days of the sitting, of course. Malinda needs to be honest with us. Are the pictures lost? Then tell us and return our money. Be very careful when dealing with this woman.

Melinda really knows her stuff! She is a great teacher, very easy to understand and very patient and personable! I’ve taken 2 courses from her and learned a lot and had fun too! I would definitely recommend taking her class! Good for all levels!
