I fully agree with you Heather W. Harry’s Corner has one of the absolute worst customer service my business has ever encountered!
We had used Harry’s Corner for carpeting and bathroom tile. They had installed on a Saturday and when they left it looked like a hurricane had hit our store. Their were marks on the walls and baseboards. Random carpeting clumps on the ground and we couldn’t close any of our office doors including the bathroom because they had put in tile over older flooring and didn’t even check to see if the doors would close. After we had discovered we couldn’t close the doors we had called Harry’s Corner numerous times until finally we were able to reach someone. We asked them to come fix the doors or flooring and they had responded that they don’t do that. We had then asked if they could call someone to fix the doors and they said they didn’t do that either. So we had explained that we would be taking money out of their bill to find someone to fix the doors. This lit a fire under someones ass and we had someone come out and fix the doors.
A couple days after they had laid the bathroom flooring we discovered the toilet began leaking. After calling numerous times, RICK answered and told us that he had ‘talked’ to the installer and he said that he told my boss that the toilet was leaking. My boss couldn’t remember ever having a conversation about that and after a while of playing he said she said we finally hung up.
In the end, we will NEVER recommend Harry’s Corner solely because of customer service. When we hear of friends and family and random people off the street we will strongly recommend anyone but Harry’s Corner.
