H&R Block

Hello! Please help me get the word out on this horrible company and the lack of care by the employees:
I filed my taxes February 8, 2015 with H&R Block online. I thought everything was fine until I received a letter from the IRS saying a mistake with the health insurance portion.
When I reported the problem to H&R Block on March 1, 2015 to H&R Block I was told by their digital chat department that there was a glitch in their system and that is what caused the issue with the IRS. The glitch is related to the healthcare portion and the annuals were being inputted incorrectly by their system. I do not know exactly what their system messed up, but I had insurance all year long. Anyway, on March 1, when I first called to get a remedy to this situation, I was told they would open and case and I would be contacted in 3 – 5 days. Today is March 13 and I haven’t been contacted regarding my case at all. Each time I call I am told there is nothing they can do; I just have to wait until the resolution department calls me. Today when I checked in I was told my case had been transferred to the digital resolution department on March 11 (10 days after my case was opened!) I am now told it will be another 3 – 5 days until they contact me.
In the interim I have already fixed the information with the IRS. I went into the H&R Block office on North Bend Road in Cincinnati OH on Friday March 6. At that time all of our information was faxed to the IRS for us. It is fixed with them, but I still haven’t heard from H&R Block. Since we filed through H&R Block, and originally were going to do the anticipation loan, we cannot get our tax refund from the IRS because it was released to H&R Block. No one will call me regarding our refund.
I called H&R Block again today and gave them my case number; at that time I was told the name attached to that case number is Debbie and that isn’t my case number! I was then told by the representative that he, or his supervisor, would call me back in 20 minutes, it’s been a few hours and no call. Overall I have tried calling multiple times since March 1 and I end up just waiting on hold 30 – 45 minutes and I get no where. I still don’t know what is going on. They have not contacted me once. All communication with them is because I keep calling to try to get a resolution.
