I panicked in April and made an appointment with the Northside H&R Block against my better judgement.
The woman I was paired up with had trouble figuring out how to file in two states. She was very nice but didn’t have a comfortable grasp on my uncomplicated taxes.
This location was understaffed and didn’t have a full time receptionist even during the week of April 15th. When I went in to pick up my local filing, they misplaced it.
The actual location was fine and temporary. They painted the walls and put in cubicles.
Bottom line, find an accountant you trust.
