Doctors offices notoriously ask you to come early and then see you late. I’ve left practices over this behavior.
I was new to the Group Health Associates (GHA) location to establish a PCP. I was very happy with my visit, the facility was clean (though confusing to navigate when you enter), and the registration folks were WAY nicer than most I’ve interacted with in the recent past.
Three stars because I don’t have enough experience to say much more, and I was fairly put off by my 35 minute wait. On the upside, a nurse didn’t take me back and make me sit in the room for 20 minutes under the guise of seeing me on time.
I think this place might work out well. There are plenty of doctors here so they can meet a variety of needs, it appears.
