History

Established in 2010.

Glenway Auto Center is a 4th Generation auto shop, serving Cincinnati since 1919 as Glenway Chevrolet. In 2009 GM closed our business and we reopened in this location as a Service Center and Body Shop. During our many years in business, we have served the community with pride. As we have grown, generations of repeat customers have grown with us. Now with our service facility, we invite you to experience what our many years of satisfied customers already know.

Glenway Auto Center is associated with the Better Business Bureau, ACDelco, and Napa Auto Care Center. Our technicians are GM and ASE certified, the majority of which have been with us from 10 – 30 years.

Meet the Business Owner

Mark A.

Business Owner

Mark began working in the family business at the age of 14, taking inventory in the parts department, working his way through the ranks until becoming the General Manager at age 24. Over the years he served as President of the Cincinnati Auto Dealers Association, President of the Cincinnati Chevy Dealers, was on the board of Ohio Automotive Dealer Association, served as Chairman for Xavier University’s «All for One» campaign and was Chairman of Phase II Capital Campaign for Bayley Place. Mark is married to his wife Joy. They have raised five children together, and now have three grandsons.

Phil began his business career in service over 29 years ago and has always been with Chevrolet, starting out in the car wash, then a purchasing agent and consultant before taking the position of Service Manager over 15 years ago. He worked with Glenway for over 21 of those years. Married to his wife Jan for more than 21 years, they have a boy, Philip who is just starting in the business.
