E 7th Street Garage

Please don’t confuse this garage with the 7^th Street Garage, which is right across the street and is the worst piece of hell garage that has ever been garaged (that’s the one where the girl was almost kidnapped and again where the dude tried to just open the door and get into a guy’s car.)
This one is WAY nicer.
The E 7^th Street Garage is the one right next to Sycamore Place. It’s the sleek, giant parking lot with the glowing Parking Sign. It’s also the one that locks up after midnight and on the weekends and the only way to get out is if you’re a monthly user with a card.
Which I am.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for average parkers, since it’s way too easy to get your car stuck (leave in Friday night, screwed Saturday morning.) But I appreciate it because it means downtown traffic on the weekend isn’t filling every spot, making it impossible for me to go home. It’s a nice move on their part (and also keeps it very safe.)
They also have a guard who walks around and keeps an eye on everything, Nice guy too.
The garage is expensive, but I get a discount since I live in a building near by. Still, you get what you pay for and that’s high-​tech, safety and easy access.
The only issue I have with it are the elevators. One set only goes up to the E Floor, so if you go any higher, you have to walk to get down (fine when you’re just going home, not fine when you have stuff to carry) or take the other set all the way across the parking lot, which does go to the top BUT is the slowest set of elevators I’ve ever seen. It’s lose-​lose.
Besides that, all good. I feel safe parking here monthly and would leave my car anytime of any day.
