Django focuses on flavors from the American Southwest and Latin America. We complement our menu with a wide array of craft beers and a full bar. We believe in honest, detail oriented service in a comfortable, fun environment.
History
Established in 2012.
Originally opened in 2012, Django is now under the stewardship of award-winning Chef/Owner Josh Campbell (formerly a chef of The Dove, & owner of Mayberry) and General Manager/Beverage Director Lance Bowman, who has formerly helmed Kaze, Japp’s since 1879, and is a veteran of many global cocktail competitions.
Our focus is centered on Django’s Latin American and South American roots, but with a healthy dash of Campbell’s unique culinary style. Tacos are still the centerpiece, but the menu contains influences from Asia, France, Southern cuisine, and more. Coupled with a beverage program from Bowman which is creative enough to satisfy the cocktail nerds, but approachable so it can be enjoyed by all!
