They are so rude here. I wanted to buy $ 3000 worth of stuff and refused to sell to me.

This store far surpasses Macy’s for customer service. Federated should send their employees for classes on how to take care of their customers. No reson for me ever to cross any other department store except maybe Nordies when they have a great sale. Thanks Dillards for coming to Cincy. I’m hooked

Oh em effing gee stay away from this place! Top 3 things I can’t stand when shopping and this place had them all!
1. Rude staff– I walked in and heard 3 staff complaining and cussing about their schedules for the week… when you hear f*%ck and sh*t and other inappropriate words to describe your current work situation… I’d say it’s time to start job searching.
2. Inadequate dressing rooms– First off, you can only take 6 items in, you have to bring the items back out of the dressing room when you are done, so you literally have to get completely dressed and undressed, and repeat! The dressing room attendant was also incredibly rude and snarky.
3. Clutter and unorganized– is the name of game at this outlet store. Dress are lumped together and it was impossible to tell the price of items. There were so many random signs, and some sizes were different prices and everything is final sale! So you have to try it on and ask questions about pricing. The shoe department literally scared me and the shoes on the top racks I couldn’t even reach. Probably didn’t miss much. And who wants clothes colored as an organizational method? Give me my size so I can get to business… who wants to spend 10 minutes going through a rack of black tops and none in their size???
And take a stroller in because there are NO CARTS or BAGS! How are we supposed to carry all our goodies around??? This place stinks, go to Goodwill before here. Most items here appear to be worn, damaged or overall gross. I’m getting nightmares just thinking about this place again. EEK!

Outlet store. My husband always finds something. A little more picked over in the women’s/children’s departments. Nice selection of women’s shoes though. Check their website for items that are even more deeply discounted each week. Went tonight and got button up dress shirts that were 65% off and an extra 50% off the discounted price. Originally $ 58 and marked down to $ 11. Worth it. NO RETURNS so try it on before you buy!

This is a clearance store. Dont expect nice displays or any customer service. I have found some great deals on dresses for work here. Very nice quality for low prices!

We drove to Cinci for a weekend of shopping and dining and specifically included the Dillard’s outlet on our itinerary because we wanted to compare it to the one that closed down in Euclid. This store is FAR more organized and the merchandise is logically arranged throughout the two levels of the store. As other reviewers mentioned, you have to be patient and spend time looking through racks of clothing, but if you take your time, you can end up with some incredible deals. I got 3 dresses and 9 shirts for $ 76!

This place is a hidden gem that those Westsiders want to keep all to themselves! Come on guys… Share the glorious bounty of inexpensive clothing with the rest of us!
The sections are organized VERY well by size and clothing type. So if you’re looking for sweaters and you wear a Large then just head to that rack and you don’t have to mess with anything else.
The day I went everything was 40% off with a Dillard’s card. Found LOTS of great deals on work clothes!

I am glad I went to the Dillard’s clearance center. Most of the clothes were organized neatly by color and size. I didn’t particularly care for the style of clothing. I like more contemporary sexy clothes. Some of the items would be appropriate as work clothes. Even for work I prefer trendier options.

In the words of a lady I heard tell the cashier — what are they going to do with all this stuff, it is name labels but it is so picked over. I walked out of there with 2 good deals on dress slacks. Is it worth it? It is a run down looking store. Shelves sitting out there with nothing on them. More like a well dressed flee market appearence. Would I go back — no.

This is a stand alone store on the West side. It’s very big — much bigger than I had anticipated. The selection is actually pretty good for certain items. They have a very nice men’s section. The women’s section lacks a decent women’s coat area but I really like the suits. I’ve been having difficulty finding suits lately and next time I need one this is where I am stopping.
I went on a Saturday and it was not very crowded which leads me to wonder how long this store can remain open. It was after Christmas so there were bargains to be had as they were clearing out inventory.
Customer service was not very good. I was never asked if I had found what I was looking for or if I needed help and several (as in 5 – 7) employees in jewelry and makeup were having a gossip session that went on for more than an hour.
Dillards is not known for being kind to their employees and their prices are higher than they really should be. They do try to market themselves as an upscale store but on the Westside this is sort of moot.
