Dewey’s has a team server system of some sort. A well trained staff that is full of smiles and food that’s always consistently good make this location one of my go tos. Their salads are very tasty and fresh. Their red sauce adds the perfect acidity without being too sweet. I have been to Dewey’s more than a dozen times and other than the long wait on a Saturday, it’s the best pizza in Cincy.

Excellent pizza and excellent service! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the current specials and let us know that it would be no trouble to make a pizza half-and-half. The pizza came out quickly and came out hot. I will definitely be back!

Incredible customer service tops off this place that is the right balance of kid friendly, adult«sophisticated» and solid value. The only time I ever had an issue with them, not only did they adjust my bill, I received a handwritten note with a gift card in the mail. That’s a great way to separate yourself from both the national generic chains and the local overpriced hipster joints.

Dewey Dewey Dewey Always have a good meal Met my parents for dinner and we all had an excellent meal and evening. All had the seasonal harvest green salad with figs and goat cheese. Superb. When was the last time you had a fig? For dinner we split a sausage mushroom calzone, half Edgar Allen Poe and half green lantern pizza. All great. One added bonus feature is team servers. Hate to admit we stayed longer than normal and camped at the table. Luckily our original sever didn’t have to wait for us. Extra bonus for me P’s picked up the check.

My partners and I stopped in after Ofc. Kim’s funeral yesterday. The staff was very friendly and the food delicious. What really moved me is that the manager came to our table and gave his condolences. We were soaking wet after having stood in the cemetery during a downpour. The manager paid for our dinners and voiced his support for law enforcement officers. I will come back to this restaurant every time I am in Cincinnati because of that man. Thank you sir.

Sorry, I’ve had better frozen pizza. A very uninspiring sausage mushroom with blah crust. Great salad and the knowledgeable friendly bartender was the only positive.

Pizza is delicious. We tried the seasonal race pizza and it had a great flavor, fresh ingredients, and we loved the bread. Very soft and fresh with a small hint of sweet. The service was great as well. Good pace and attentive servers. Highly recommended!

The service is amazing! The staff are all in tune and on top of whatever they need to be. A+ The bartender was extremely busy but was helpful and exceptionally polite. The pizza was really good, it’s the dough that makes this pizza. The ingredients are all fresh. Salads too. Also very good, equally as good as fresh garden greens. The Italian sausage is sliced versus loose if that matters. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because I’ve had better pizza in Chicago or Detroit. It should be a 4.5 though.

Price is high for pizza but it is some of the best pizza I have found. The service is excellent and they rarely let you finish your drink before they’ve got a refill out!

Love the bronx bomber pizza and all the salads. Very friendly staff. Price is on the high end for pizzas but worth it. You can do half n half pizzas. I recommend getting a larger pizza and taking home since the cost only goes up a few dollars per size.

My husband and I went for a late dinner after spending the day in the ER with my dad down the street. The pizza was amazing I know we were starving but the crust was perfect and sauce delicious. We were so tired my husband accidentally left our server and extra twenty for tip, we were so impressed she ran to the door and told us we made a mistake. Very honest young lady.

Having just moved to Cincinnati, I ordered pizza from Dewey’s because of all the good things I’ve heard… the pizza was good but not amazing and they don’t even have breadsticks???

Pizza made classy! We’ve tried most of their pizzas over the years, and every one of them has been superb. Our favorite is the traditional X pepperoni with minced garlic – spicy and flavorful and cheesy, the crust just soft and fresh enough you can fold it up and shove it in your face. Even those last bites of plain crust with just a little bit of pizza-y grease are delicious! Dewey’s offers a big selection of gourmet toppings, and they’re happy to let you try halves in two different varieties. Dine-in has an upscale, trendy feel, but it’s plenty noisy and casual enough for kids, too. Service is always impeccable.(Although we usually opt for carryout so we can go home and gorge in our sweats.) Either way, don’t miss the salads! Fresh, quality greens with lots of yummy topping choices and homemade dressings. Even the side sizes are enough to be a meal on their own.(But that would be dumb. Because pizza.)

Hadn’t dined in at Dewey’s in a while. The pizza tastes even better at the restaurant! We always have to get at least half the pizza as a Wild Mushroom. Their Killer Veggie is great as well. Can’t beat the crust or the guys tossing the pizzas in the window. Loved the Heritage Salad(think that was the name; it has figs in it). The figs were delicious! Also, was trying to decide on the glass of wine to get and the server brought generous tastings of both! Water was continually replenished, and(I think it was) the assistant manager checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was a-ok. Great service!

This is the only Dewey’s we’ve been to, and this is not your typical chain pizza joint. Their pie dough is all hand-tossed(you can watch them expertly toss it, just 10 feet inside the front door, behind a large glassed-off divider wall); their ingredients(including their sauces) are all fresh and not frozen; and they have about 15 specialty pizzas that are the backbone of the menu. Cheap? No. Great pizza at a reasonable upcharge? Yes. Service is consistently stellar. The wait staff is well trained and knowledgeable, and never has the«deer in the headlights» look. Salads are literally outstanding and huge, with 5 – 6 homemade dressings. Check out the salads. To top it all off, Dewey’s craft beers on draft never fail to disappoint me, as they are not afraid to bring in some of the more obscure craft brews from east of the Mississippi, and their wines are also ever-changing and decent to very good(good enough to please a semi-discriminating palate and certainly good enough to toss down the hatch with a great pie). Great service, excellent pizza, interesting alcohol choices and a very nice contemporary atmosphere. Highly recommend Dewey’s if you’re in the area. It’s about 1 minute off Montgomery Rd. at 275 so it’s convenient to get there quickly for most east-siders. Love this place, and imagine the other Dewey’s in town are similarly well-received.

Good pizza and even better service. Hostess was very nice and waitress was very helpful. I really appreciate that in a restaurant. I got the Buffalo chicken pizza and the Dr. Dre. Dough was super fluffy and good mix of flavoring. Both pizzas had a pretty spicy kick. I gave it 5 stars because the food deserved 4 and the customer service brought it up to 5. I would recommend this to others and I will be returning

I L-O-V-E Dewey’s Edgar Allen Poe pizza, which has roasted garlic cloves, black olives and tomatoes. The crust is always fresh and baked just right. We happened to be the last table outside on the patio this year(outdoor seating reopens on Mother’s Day), so I’ll be enjoying my pizza inside for the next several months. Besides the food, I like the company culture; they believe in giving back to the community and encourage their employees to be involved in local charities.

Is it bad we have visited Deweys three times within 10 days. and we are from Michigan? So far we have had ham and onion, sausage and roasted garlic, the edgar allen and the green lantern. Being a vegetarian I am in love with the latter two, these pies hold amazing flavors with fresh, quality ingredients. I cannot speak for the meat pizzas, but my husband says he really liked them. As an FYI, the ham comes in large slices, not little shreds or cubes. If I were to eat it I’d hate that, one bite and you’re missing half your topping because it is impossible to not rip it off. But that might just be my own personal pet peeve. The green lantern and edgar allen are both phenom. Goats cheese — hello! They are similar with small differences, but you cannot really go wrong with either. If you are like me and cannot make up your mind just get halfsies. They don’t mind, and they don’t upcharge! Yay! You can customize any pie and create your own. There is the option for a white pizza or tomato sauce, and toppings include standard fare as well as roasted garlic, feta, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, goats cheese and other goods for a slight upcharge. Salads are very fresh and good, and they are reasonably prized. Deweys serves a have a nice selection of local beers and massive, delicious pizza. Sounds like it is time for another trip to the Queen city for us.
